Last night I was swatching all my motherships and I realized that they are palette killers. They literally kill all my desire for an other special shades in other palettes. This brand actually saves me money.
Same....if I had to get rid of all of my other palettes, I don't think I would miss them. I am really looking forward to a Mothership VI, my wallet isn't, but I can't wait 😂

Cobalt Nebula, they're selling Decadence for $225 and $250. I refuse to pay double. I have 4 of the 10 shades. Hopefully, she releases the other shades as singles or puts them in other palettes.

I was one of those people who snatched up her 6 pan palettes when they were on sale. 50% off! I literally bought all 3. I had no choice. And I am so glad I did😁
Destiney LaCoursiere I missed the sale. Stopped by my local Sephora to get some replacement skincare and found out they went on sale that morning and sold out. Tried searching online and they were already gone. I wouldn’t buy them full price because I wear mostly mattes...
Tracey Jean I agree about not buying them full price. Those were the first and so far only PM palettes I have bought because of the sale. However, if you subscribe to the PM website mailing list they will email you when they have sales. Not too long ago there was a 25% off sale. PM shadow formula is magical and I do recommend but I myself wouldn’t pay full price.

I love how excited you get over these shadows. I can definitely relate. I’ve got all but one of Mother’s 10 pan palettes and I’ve got the La Vie en Rose palette. They really feel like collectibles. I can’t believe how much money I’ve spent on makeup that I barely use and just like to stare at from time to time, but they are works of art! Anyway, you’re hilarious and gorgeous 😘

I totally agree with you about mothership V! I thought they were chunky too and more fallout than the other palettes. I thought I was the only one!
Also my faves are Decadence, mothership 1, 3, Dark Star and the mini mothership 1.
Love your favs! I can definitely finagle the shadows in V, but need a mixing medium for sure.

After watching your videos I made the plunge and bought divine rose 2 and I LOVE it. Now I get it. I love your enthusiasm and your personality. You just brighten my day.
I got my first Mothership last month. For THEE longest, I thought I would get Subversive as my first, but recently I was feeling Sublime and ended getting that one. Can I say that I am IN LOVE!!! I have ZERO regrets!! I ordered Divine rose II (unexpectedly) and it will be my second Mothership pallete! *YAAAY* I'm so happy to be a part of this community. My middle daughter came home from school this past weekend and started to help me get somewhat organized but then we ran out of time😢

I totally agree with you about Mothership II! I recently got it, and it's extremely user friendly. I have a very similar skin tone to you, and I find that it's such a perfect neutral palette with just the right amount of pops of color! It's such a great experience to use the palette. Since it's a very approachable color story, I don't feel hesitant to use the palette only for special occasions. The bronze satin shade is the ideal one-and-done shade if I want to go for the classic bronze eye and red lip look!

I own pat mcgrath!" and although i watched all those reviews and are deep in love with sublime, i bought myself a divine rose. playing it safe for the first palette and hope for more duo chrome colors. thank you for the reviews, so much fun!

You make good points in this video. I like PMG over ND because of the longlasting wear. Her 10 pan palettes just don't stop. I apply all glitz with a wet brush so I never have fallouts. Sublime is my go to upscale palette. Gigabite is hands down the best olivy gold in existence. It's no contest, even against ND's antique gold. Thanks for making me see my palettes in a new light and the shades I may love but be ignoring.
I own all 6 of MOTHER'S 6 pan palettes. 🤤💜💜💜💜🤤 Plus 4 of the Mothership palettes. . . Even though I have been going CF I won't let my babies go. 😂 I love your throwback palette vids it makes me want to spend less. . . 💸💰💵 Alicia up here helping me save and dive into my own collection. 😂
Yes, gigabyte is everything! I love wearing that shade all over my lid. I bought subversive as a bday present to myself back in April and it’s quickly become one of my fav palettes in my entire collection!

I agree about Mothership V but VR Fire Opal is my all time favorite eyeshadow. The pink/green shift just makes me swoon. I wore it one day and this girl walked up to me and asked me if I had mermaid eyeshadow on and I was like, "That's exactly what it is!" It's so amazing. But Mothership IV is my favorite. Never did I put a metallic in my crease until I met that beauty
This is true! Fire Opal by far, is the most OUTRAGEOUSLY gorgeous out of all her topper shades. Hands down!
I have 3 mothership palettes. Best money I EVER spent on makeup. Definitely getting the rest of them. All are favourites, no joke. So pigmented. Zero fallout.
Stoked that you did this video! Can you believe that I’ve never owned a Pat McGrath palette? I know, so sad. I’ve been wanting the Platinum Bronze (especially cool toned) but it always seems to get pushed back behind something else. I love my naturals and think that I would love the Bronze Ambition as well:)

I got my La Vie En Rose in that huge Sephora sale and it is perfection. I also got the mini Lila from ND in that sale. Worth coming off my no buy. I haven't even used it in its entirety yet but the gold shade is FANTASTIC like rich molten goodness.

I LOVE PAT MCGRATH! MOTHERSHIP PALETTES!!! I am missing The Decadence! Wish I had grabbed that one! But, all I can say is Mother Pat, A GAME CHANGER! There is nothing else! I just get so awestruck when I go through my collection and create looks. They indeed are expensive. And she does have sales a couple times a year. But, these palettes are like masterpieces! I LOVE my Pat McGrath palettes!!! Use the Mehron mixing liquid and that turns them into eyeliners! WAY MORE USAGE from the bolder shades for me! I love them!! that La Vie En Rose! Amazing! I used the pink in that palette ALL THE TIME! The sublime? OMG I have tore up that palette.. especially making beautiful neutral looks and then placing one of the glitters on top.. I can't say enough about these shadows.. they are ETHERAL.. no other shadow compares..

I just love my Pat McGrath Palettes! I have fallen so in love with La vie en Rose! I have traveled with my 10 pan palettes but, I always put my makeup in my carryon bag! I don't like Astral Orchid and it's in two of the palettes! I want a Mothership VI by the end of the year! Come on Pat! I am also excited about the foundation! I picked up a rouge gift card to purchase the foundation and primer!

I purchased Bronze Obsession during Sephora’s last sale & I am sad it’s your least favorite, but excited that the others are better. I Love the Bronze Obsession palette. When I see a palette that I’m drawn to, usually I have a a similar shade already in my collection. But not this palette. These shades are unique
