I love crocs . Ooo may have to look into the platform ones. Didn’t realize they would be lightweight. Never could wear them as I have scoliosis and 5’2 . Just trying them on was hurting me lol.
Yes platform crocs are great and they have this really nice platform summer sandals called BROOKLYN LOW WEDGE they are so nice and comfortable and platformed I love them

My theory is the last couple of weeks have just been MADE of headaches. I've been having screaming migraines over the last couple of weeks so I absolutely feel for you there! Happy you got a neurology appointment though. Thanks to my chronic migraines they're like "Ah, she'll be right. How's 5 months from now sound? Here have some more diclofenac and go sit in the corner." I totally feel the boot thing though. I mean I'm a taller elfy thing but if life insists I can't be shorter I still like being taller...er! Wrecking my ankle a while back was a nightmare. And as for the creepy thing? People be scary. Ugh. Been there. Nightmare fuel. I hope they figured it out. Its either high pressure or low pressure. High from IIH or low from a leak caused by the lumbar puncture. You need to try and figure out what makes it better. Lying down flat, high salt and caffeine helps low pressure whereas being upright, zero salt and diuretics like dandelion tea help high pressure. Id be abit dubious about your local teams knowledge about all of this. If things dont improve then tell your gp to refer you to a specialist in london. I have chronic pain disorder Fibromyalgia. Feb is always the worst month for my health, my body is super sensitive to air pressure changes (rain makes the pain go burr). I deal with migraines on a weekly basis head pain is horrible. I hope the headaches calm down for you, they suck. Best of luck with the appointment. I got an ADHD med prescribing appointment in 3 weeks, ekkkk I haven't had ADHD meds since I was a kid so pretty scared that finding a tablet that doesn't mess up with the others I take is gunna hurrrrrt for ages :(

Here's something hilarious, I am going in tomorrow to get a lumbar puncture for the EXACT same reason, for the 5th time in 22 years. I have chronic migraines and it might be from my brain swelling, because they saw in a CT webs in cranium from chronic swelling. Fun fact, brain swelling can not be healed, and there isn't anything they can give you to make you feel better except for migraine meds. Ummmm.......yay.....

I don’t get it either. My guess is that negative emotions can be sort of addicting, like how it can be hard to stop doing actions that make you sad or insecure. Holy poo! I have all the same stuff going on with me, too much pressure behind my eyes, going to do eye testing and have an mri and lumbar puncture booked in. How crazy that I’m not the only one going through this right now 😅 also constant headaches!!!
Please listen to this! After your lumber puncture lay down flat for HOURS!! Literally hours!! I was told 30 minutes, I laid for 1 hour just to be safe but it wasn't long enough. If you're not laid down long enough the fluid can't level out between your head and spine and you'll get the WORST (and I mean worst!!!) pressure headaches of your life for about a weeks. I couldn't even sit up and I ended up going to a&e because it got so bad. Good luck with everything, I hope it all goes smoothly
If u cant wear platforms for a while, maybe some ballet style shoes with the straps and everything would be cool. Especially with ur style it could both match (w/ skirts & dresses) and have a good contrast (ribbons vs chains)
I definitely understand about the platforms ive waited for years and years to get new rocks because i had to have corrective surgery on my legs to straighten them (one down one to go woo metal legs forever) turns out all my issues ive had since birth are actually cerebral palsy and im litterally limited to flat shoes and trainers and honestly it broke my heart im so sad

I suffer from migraines so I feel your pain (and your concern). I've had them for over 20 years as a result of neck & head injuries in car accidents. But they're getting worse and I've meant to have a brain MRI for the past almost years and I keep putting it off. I'm also getting memory recall issues, like on basic words or items & it sucks. It does make you worry a bit and when you're stressed they happen even more as a result of the stress & round & round you go. I hope you find answers and get a good treatment plan. ❤❤

Neurologists are pain doctors they will try to find medication or treatment to relieve pain. They will rule out other problems and should help with physical pain and headaches.

About your meds and not being able to wear your platforms, I’m on a medication for sleep that does a number on me as far as weakness and some joint pain when I walk about, but over time it’s gotten to be less of a problem so hopefully it will be the same for you and it’ll ease off over time so you can get back to your fav shoes… thanks for posting, always enjoy your content lovely 💚🖤

I have MS and the blurred vision thing was one of my first symptoms and I also had to get the spinal tap and MRI scans. I really, really hope you don't have it because it is a shit disease, HOWEVER it is not a death sentence and medication helps. I can't wear platforms at all because of my balance issues, which sucks. I have to have ankle support so all I can wear are boots, which is fine and better than having to wear a metal foot brace. I have a blog but I would never do RUclips because of the reasons you state. EDIT: I met Love & Rockets for free in 89 by getting in line early. Gone are those days.

Literally gig tix are SO expensive now. I’m thinking of going to see Wednesday 13 again too to live my 18 year old days but the tix are very reasonable. I hope they figured it out. Its either high pressure or low pressure. High from IIH or low from a leak caused by the lumbar puncture. You need to try and figure out what makes it better. Lying down flat, high salt and caffeine helps low pressure whereas being upright, zero salt and diuretics like dandelion tea help high pressure. Id be abit dubious about your local teams knowledge about all of this. If things dont improve then tell your gp to refer you to a specialist in london. OMG as someone with a autoimmune disease that affects my muscles & also who has a alternative style, I RELATE SO MUCH WITH THE PLATFORMS ISSUES! I was so sad when i bought some shoes or boots. I solved it by buying dupe platforms cause they are made out of cheaper lighter material

I have chronic pain disorder Fibromyalgia. Feb is always the worst month for my health, my body is super sensitive to air pressure changes (rain makes the pain go burr). I deal with migraines on a weekly basis head pain is horrible. I hope the headaches calm down for you, they suck. Best of luck with the appointment. I got an ADHD med prescribing appointment in 3 weeks, ekkkk I haven't had ADHD meds since I was a kid so pretty scared that finding a tablet that doesn't mess up with the others I take is gunna hurrrrrt for ages :(

Here's something hilarious, I am going in tomorrow to get a lumbar puncture for the EXACT same reason, for the 5th time in 22 years. I have chronic migraines and it might be from my brain swelling, because they saw in a CT webs in cranium from chronic swelling. Fun fact, brain swelling can not be healed, and there isn't anything they can give you to make you feel better except for migraine meds. Ummmm.......yay.....

Holy poo! I have all the same stuff going on with me, too much pressure behind my eyes, going to do eye testing and have an mri and lumbar puncture booked in. How crazy that I’m not the only one going through this right now 😅 also constant headaches!!!
Please listen to this! After your lumber puncture lay down flat for HOURS!! Literally hours!! I was told 30 minutes, I laid for 1 hour just to be safe but it wasn't long enough. If you're not laid down long enough the fluid can't level out between your head and spine and you'll get the WORST (and I mean worst!!!) pressure headaches of your life for about a weeks. I couldn't even sit up and I ended up going to a&e because it got so bad. Good luck with everything, I hope it all goes smoothly
If u cant wear platforms for a while, maybe some ballet style shoes with the straps and everything would be cool. Especially with ur style it could both match (w/ skirts & dresses) and have a good contrast (ribbons vs chains)

I really feel you when you said you try to put your health to the back of your head when it involves your head, I’ve had vertigo and ear issues for a year now I have a diagnosis but not on medication for it because ent specialist doesn’t want me on any because I’m in my 20s and would need meds for the rest of my life

I suffer from migraines so I feel your pain (and your concern).
I've had them for over 20 years as a result of neck & head injuries in car accidents.
But they're getting worse and I've meant to have a brain MRI for the past almost years and I keep putting it off.
I'm also getting memory recall issues, like on basic words or items & it sucks.
It does make you worry a bit and when you're stressed they happen even more as a result of the stress & round & round you go.
I hope you find answers and get a good treatment plan. ❤❤

If you are struggling with out platforms have you thought about getting some platform converses & vans & dr martens & creepers I know they are not as big as your other boots but they still give you a small bit of height difference and they are a lot lighter.

Or getting a foot pedal machine you can sit in the sofa and you just cycle your legs to gain muscle. I know someone with MS who uses it and it makes the world of difference for her she saids she sit in the sofa and she Doesn’t even have to think about doing it her body does it naturally
Crocs... neverrrr :P I've been given some exercises and routines to do to try and build my muscles up, so hopefully they will help.
Neurologists are pain doctors they will try to find medication or treatment to relieve pain. They will rule out other problems and should help with physical pain and headaches.
Some people are awful. I wanted to see Wednesday on the murderdolls tour couldn't afford the trip to see them since it's always a 5 hour drive . I'm with you on a tattoo, I'm saving up to get my ghostface.

About your meds and not being able to wear your platforms, I’m on a medication for sleep that does a number on me as far as weakness and some joint pain when I walk about, but over time it’s gotten to be less of a problem so hopefully it will be the same for you and it’ll ease off over time so you can get back to your fav shoes… thanks for posting, always enjoy your content lovely 💚🖤

I think a lot of us grew up online and forgot that it is an insane world out there and tpy don't have to be offended to offend someone and then there's just the creepy creepos. As much as eberyone tries to create positive safe spaces there is no real safety wuen putting yourself out there. I have MS and the blurred vision thing was one of my first symptoms and I also had to get the spinal tap and MRI scans. I really, really hope you don't have it because it is a shit disease, HOWEVER it is not a death sentence and medication helps. I can't wear platforms at all because of my balance issues, which sucks. I have to have ankle support so all I can wear are boots, which is fine and better than having to wear a metal foot brace. I have a blog but I would never do RUclips because of the reasons you state. EDIT: I met Love & Rockets for free in 89 by getting in line early. Gone are those days.

Literally gig tix are SO expensive now. I’m thinking of going to see Wednesday 13 again too to live my 18 year old days but the tix are very reasonable. On the other hand Slipknot standard tix are over £200 and Sleep Token about £100 now there’s only re-sale available.. WTF!!! I am so jealous you’re going!
