- Hi guys! I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS GAME! When I originally started my channel waaaay back in April this was the FIRST game that I wanted to cover. I had this sucker pre-ordered as soon as it was possible to do so and I thought I was set. Unfortunately, Telltale delayed it until yesterday evening but made up for it by giving their pre-order customers a massive discount on the collector's edition. After having some time to play the game I really think it's pretty amazing. It does a great job of catching the original feeling of the movies - at least so far!

You should definitely check it out. Even though this isn't usually my type of game I felt right at home once I got used to it. I hope you guys enjoy this series! Most of it is already recorded so stay tuned for more episodes once I can edit them up!

Kinda silly how bad Yoder's villain decay was at the end there. Experienced merc, knows that he needs to stay still to avoid the Rex's attention, gets infected with stupid and runs right in front of the thing. He shoulda just kept going and dived right in to the water =P.
Seriously. I mean talk about irony. Dumbass runs to get the can the first time around and escapes and then actually makes the mistake of tempting fate twice. He said himself that the embryos aren't worth shit if he becomes lizard food. It's like have fun becoming T-Rex shit, ya scumbag.

AlexDeGhost It was subtly obvious that he cared more about the embryos than the lives of the survivors. Oscar is the opposite of Billy, he would heavily object to this if he were alive.
i liked watching this videos because it was like watching a new version of Jurassic park and we got to see a new side of the t-Rex as well as some new dinosaurs.
At the beginning of Billy's craziness, I couldn't blame him, I mean he did lose 2 of his close friends, but by the end when he betrayed Gerry and the gang I was so done with him xD

Also yoder was NOT the character to go evil Oscar literally said without u they will die! It's why Oscar sacrificed himself in the 1st place! And yoder knew that! So why would yoder this nice ass funny guy who's all nice try and kill the people his friend died for!! It makes NO SENSE and is extremely inconsistent...
It's called snapping under pressure. He's gone nuts. He feels like they're laughing at him and the friends he's lost. The doctor certainly didn't help matters there. Oscar was the one holding his sanity together. I mean, for God sake, his friend was being used as a living nest!
I usually don't watch walkthroughs, I actually clicked on one of your scene 2 clips by accident and stayed on out of curiosity when I saw it was a telltale made game. But in the end I enjoyed it. and I found your commentary to be pretty funny at times.
I like how earlier yoder notes that the cans no good to him if he's Dino meat yet this time he says fuck it and gets eaten anyways... Logic people fucking logic -__-

Billy's betrayal really was completely forced feeling. He was level headed enough in the beginning and his mental decline into an evil character seems like something that would not actually happen. He was definitely one of my favorites even if he was written to turn into a complete ass.
Considering i just watched this whole series in one go...i think you deserve a subscribe good sir!
You know what else doesn't make sense, even within the movie?
If the Lysine contingency was always present in order to control the dino population for emergencies, the embryos would be essentially useless if they were created with the contingency inside them. All Ingen would need to do is activate it and their competition's dino livestock would be toast. (I'm guessing Nedrey didn't know about the contingency, or trying to steal them would be pretty pointless.)
Maybe there was more clarification in the book, IDK.
The lysine contingency was that they would stop feeding them lysine. The dinosaurs would then die. I think nedry knew about it too.
He probably told the rival company about it.
All the rival company would need to do is feed the dinosaurs lysine supplements and they would be fine

(It's quite interesting, how the roles are changed: famous good guy changes to bad, hated and irritating Nima finds the right way and changes to a helping angel.)

agree. i watched your whole let's play because it was just like more of the movie. also i like the many references, like with dodgson. i also read the book as a child because my mom wouldn't wanna let me watch the movie when it came out and i also didn't understand the ian malcolm sections :D

Where in the world did that money come from? Who was the owner of that boat? Yoder apparently knew about the boat so why would he not know about the money on it?

The boat belonged to Nina's contact. The people who were going to pay for the embryos must have docked there, then wandered off to get eaten.
I think it was the boat Denis nedry was meant to get to and at the start of the movie it showed nedry getting that bag of money from the guy who wanted the embryos
LpsTia Productions Nah, the boat Nedry was trying to get to was much larger, had a crew and everything. The boat at the end of the game could be handled by one man (though two would be a safer bet)

Actually, the mosasaur is not a dinosaur, it is a marine reptile, related to the dinosaurs.

Even though this video is more than a year old, I definitely agree with you saying it looked and felt like the movie. However, I sort of felt like the dinosaurs seemed horribly weak. And stupid.

I started using an Xbox controller on PC. The quicktime commands were becoming really random on a keyboard.

I've read the book . I think the movie had a better ending , if you read the book you know what I mean , but characters like Genaro was better on the book .

I really love this game. I remember all the Gamestop employees telling me not to get it that it was nothing like Dino Crisis. And to be honest I'm glad it wasn't cause the story was so enjoyable at least to me as a Jurassic Park fan. God, I hated the Doctor too.
Didn't like the betrayal at the end, but a pretty damned good story and voice acting. I don't see why the game got so much hate.
Oh, it would been so cool if the mosasaur had leaped out of the water and snapped up the t-rex to save Gerry at the end. Similar to the end of the movie.
