Full list of ingredients
About 2lbs of crushed Cassava Leaves “Frozen one”
1/2 lb cooked beef meat
1 mackerel fish "Air-fried"
1/2 cup of palm oil
1 cup peanut butter
2 onions
6 to 8 habanero peppers
1 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fish powder
1 tablespoon shrimp powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt and seasoning cube to taste
3 blended okra
*Adjust the measurements as necessary*

Wow this is exactly how our family cooks cassava leaves 🇸🇱🇸🇱 but we substitute the palm oil with coconut oil. this was on point🔥🔥. Cassava leaves is da best

Hello, very nice. When you say peanut butter is it regular peanut butter or ground nut the one in the African market?

Where did you get the fish powder from can you buy it from anywhere?
@@abby-a Asian stores or Africans…but I usually get mine in Guinea 🇬🇳!
How long did it take you altogether?
@@earleenafatosa Cassava leaves usually take around 45 minutes to 1 hour, but honestly, I don’t always keep track of the exact timing-I just let it simmer until all the flavors meld together!
At 1:42 how did you cook your beef before putting it into the cassava stew?
@@abby-a it’s precooked….i cooked them separately in their own juice on low heat covered. I sometimes add a bit of water….
Can you make this without the okra?
Heyy, I’ve always cooked with okra but it’s feasible if you want without it. Just add more peanut butter (not too much though otherwise your stew will be too thick).
Also, without the okra, the stew won’t taste as flavorful or have that smooth texture it typically does with the okra.
