- In this video I am going to refinish a Ferrari 488 Spider, almost a complete paint job after it had damage to the front, left and right sides! We will repair and repaint the Ferrari to make it look like new.

Wow, that pearl is looking like a real pearl colour. I remember the 488 and their one piece front bumper. I am glad this owner (or insurance) decided not to write this one off.
Thanks, yes its a beautiful 488, I have seen solid white but never pearl white on the roads. New owner will be very excited 🙌🏻🤩

3 stage white pearl I know is a very difficult colour to work with (our Volvo has this colour) and yet as always 100% perfection from Andrey! I watch both LNC channels - it really is 'like it never happened' every single time. Peter U.K.
Thanks Peter! They are a challenge sometimes 😅 I find vovlo 3 stage to be pretty difficult to match for some reason
@@LncPainter Andrey, Indeed our U.K. Volvo bodyshop told me exactly the same - it took them some time too match Pearl white 3 stage colour when it first came out on the Volvo models

Amazing job! Did you mix any Bianco Fuji paint onto the mid Pearl coat ? If so what was the percentage ? Thank you!
Yes I did, usually 60/40, more midcoat.
great content, man. interesting to know, you indicated 1.3 at 23psi; do you use lower pressures at times, and why? closer spray? slower drying? tighter coverage? I notice you almost always use the higher pressures, and even with pearl. interesting video, and love the tech details, especially with the more complicated finishes like this 3-stage pearl. really amazing match, always like it when you show the formulas and undercoat options and choices, including reducers.
I feel like my paint atomizes better at higher pressure to give a nice cleaner finish, lower pressures it builds up lots of texture and orangepeel. Seems to be working for me so thats why. Although basecoat i spray no more than 20 psi, sealer i spray higher at 28-30 psi and same with clearcoat. I lower pressure on my control coats, the final orientation coat. 16psi and further from the panel to even out the metallics.

On the highway at the right angle you might see the blend on the passanger side, but only the people in the right lane would see it not the owner.
You will not see it at all, the color was a great butt match, when blended it becomes invisible to notice 😄👍🏻
What make and model latex gloves are you wearing?

Why not just paint the whole car and not worry about the colour match?
Its a lot more work to paint the rest of the car including the roof and a lot more parts, unfortunately we cannot just paint cars complete because that would not be beneficial to the business.
This guy got skillz. He can match the paint so good you’ll never know.
