I’m so glad you chose this topic to start this series, I have been there where I have felt all these emotions until I realised it only makes me more of what I don’t want to be
This year I have made a vision board and a lot of the things have came true from that and then I realised that people around me started thinking how much easy my life is and how I have what they want and it made me so sick and sad because they don’t have a slightest clue what I go through daily?
In short we takes seconds to compare our life to somebody else but it takes months to come out of that jealousy phase, instead of comparing if we only work for our own good then in those month we can achieve what we want

Because tbh it’s v hard to get disciplined, and follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, control your cravings (binge eating has become so common).
