This is the best tutorial ever! I had never done a process chart before and did a picture perfect one with your tutorial! You also saved me a lot of stress. Thanks again!
Pro tip: Keep the grid lines. Size the columns and rows to perfect squares, by pixels. Then make yourself a legend of shapes you want , each about 3 rows high, 5 columns wide. Turn on Snap to Grid, Then just copy shapes as you need them from the legend to the chart.
Thanks a lot for this video 🙏.. very helpful.. RUclips should have Pay option.. everything covered in this video.. inserting text into line.. grouping as a single object.. removing that ugly border of an object.. Cntrl + D option to replicate..
Awesome illustration. It was very impactful. My question is that is there any application that can take text as an input and return process flowchart as output.
First, thanks for watching. In that which I copied, there was a legend box. I did not do one in the video. However, you can use rectangle shape and text boxes like I did for the chart to create a legend box or anything that likes like shapes.
Thanks for asking. A flow chart is one of the best way to visually communicate a process. In some circumstances, you may not readily have some good in Microsoft Visio close by. Armed with Excel and the competence to draw flow charts, you are good to go.

Does this also work with Excel 2013?
Yes. Even with older versions.
Do you need to have a complete version because I'm trying to make a flow chart and to use the text boxes it's not working
Hi Dammy. Do you mean a complete version of Excel? Actually, any version of Excel can be used to do this.
Just one doubt. How do we connect more than 1 line on the same side of the object? This is extremely important for the Block diagram i am making.
I should probably learn to use Visio but with limited time I am attempting to use Excel.
That is the advantage of Excel - A rapid flowchart development tool
hi thank you for this tuto so i want to know after this the consolidation of accounte please

Why not just use visio?
Because Microsoft made the possibilities in Excel. Anyway Visio was made for flow charts thank you for commenting
What is the significance of Business Process Mapping and Notation to you as a future businessman or professional.?
For clarification of business processes.
Why do you need to have the competency in creating process flow chart?
Thanks for asking. A flow chart is one of the best way to visually communicate a process. In some circumstances, you may not readily have some good in Microsoft Visio close by. Armed with Excel and the competence to draw flow charts, you are good to go.
I thought your answer is different and far from my question but I appreciate your effort. Do you still have more ideas about that?
