I wish that there was a simple answer friend. Only by God's grace am I now able to say that I am grateful for it all, especially the suffering; because through it I've been able to relate with so many beautiful people through this shared understanding of what it truly means to know God. The easiest answers on how to eliminate the guilt and pain of the past is to first be brave enough to fully feel it❤ Allow yourself to feel the sticky, painful, messy emotions. They are here as teachers, not as a punishment. If you are not ready to fully feel it, as the pain is too overwhelming, there is a lot of good helpers out there. There are many that will hold space for you as you move through whatever you need to move through. Then there is a process of accepting whatever happened in your life. I'm not sure i can really hear the 963 hz in this music. I can hear the 852 hz (Third Eye) in this though. Because i have the pure tones saved and remembered so im checking to see if its really incorporated into the track.
