For the worlds second largest army wtf was the MOD doing all these years with all those billon dollars of budget by not building its air mobility command those AWACS and air to air refuelling tankers are the backbone of the armed forces ....the Indian govt should fast track all these procurements ASAP

I don't know whether anyone agree with me or not but we should go for 200 kamov ka 226 technology transfer deal because it's one of it's own kind and we don't have any indigenous options that can replace it's importance as it's coaxial rotors will be best suited for high altitude and even in sea operations as we already use some in navy. Secondly, as US has stopped c17 globemaster production we have a Russian option which is under development and if we jointly work on it then it could help our airforce for coming 40-50 years, i am talking the illusion PAK VTA super heavy transporter which can carry 200 tons of payload at supersonic speed and this is parallely made along with Russia's secret stealth bomber Tupolev PAK DA bomber. These projects could help us tackling Pakistan and especially China because Russia is the only country that gives us critical technology other all just focusses on profits. Take example of predator drone deal, etc.
I have Already said all these in comment section in your videos... For Fighter Aircraft catagory Only Rafales are need to be Imported, Rest Tejas versions will be good enough. (Also Supported in Buying 2nd hand Mirages) Import All types of Spares from Russia to Upgrade Russian Weapons, Specially for Sukhoi 30MKI, IL-76/78, Mig 29, etc. If Anything Needed to Buy from USA then those should be, Helicopters and Transport Aircrafts... Its the idiots who man the Finance Ministry who are a hurdle. Instead of acting as a control mechanism to prevent splurging by the armed forces, they are actually becoming a roadblock in the effective procurement of equipment by our 3 services. The problem lies in that ministry. Some of those babus should be sent on a 12 months posting to forward areas where our frontline troops operate. I remember George Fernandes sending a bunch of bureaucrats to Siachen when they were road blocking procurement of winter clothing and tents etc. Those buggers came back and immediately cleared the files for those procurements. That's what should be done now also. And such posting should be a regular affair.
This is my list to buy from US becoz they are more willing to sell to us and deliver quickly P-8i Apache Romeo Chinooks C-5 C-130 F-18 F-21 Predator drones
Hi cost and delayed supply of RAFFALE not make any sense. Instead fast track induction of Tejas MK2 alongwith extra production facility will help us more. Yes induction of royal Air force Hercules is a nice idea . Already prepared and no delay. If Boeing follow offset clause then we can order more chinuk
Realistically speaking, this would be my list- 1. 6 Additional C 130J from Boeing + 13 C130 from RAF (optional) 2. 13 more Chinooks for IAF (Total- 28) 3. 16 more Apache for Army (Total- 22) 4. 6 ex Jet Airways Boeing B 748 can & should be converted into Refuellers by HAL in collaboration with IAI. It will add to the 6 IL 78 Refuellers fleet. 5. Ordering 3 A 330 based AWACS directly + provision for 3 additional follow on order makes sense if we are looking to procure 6 A 330 MRTT based refuellers in future. It will help bring economies of scale. Overall objective could be to replace the 6 IL 78 Refuellers & 5 IL 76 based AWACS in future with A 330 platforms. Apart from this we should fastrack the proposed deal to upgrade all IL 76/IL 78 platforms to extend their service life till the time we don't procure suitable replacements. We have a fleet of 17 IL 76 Transport Aircrafts (Inc. 3 AWACS) + 6 IL 78. The Transport fleet won't retire anytime soon. This whole fleet should be upgraded to IL 76 MD 90A standards. It will not only significantly improve it's payload capacity but will also improve it's availability rate beyond 70%. High Availability Rate of such a large key fleet of IL 76/IL78 platforms capable of undertaking various key missions will be crucial for our preparedness against a potential 2 front conflict in the future.
Not sure if IAF will be allowed to procure A330 MRTT bcoz of cost issue.....HAL and IAI have recently signed a MOU to convert civilian aircrafts into MMTT - Multi Mission Tanker Transport.....these will be mostly based on Boeing B767....it is also a cost effective approach as B767 are still in production and are widely used by many airlines across globe hence spares, repairs and maintenance won't be an issue
70-90 Apache they are very capable attack aircrafts good thing is they can operate remote carrier for Drones due to thier long bow radar chances of mountain warfare is high but they are also very capable for any conflict in Eastern sector. 50+ C130j these are best transporter iaf is operating right now we should use our C17 for only heavy cargo rest should be done by this these will decrease burden on our C17 fleet. Chinook is best alternative to Mi17 i don't know why we still buying we should replace old mi17 with more chinook until our IMRH is on production line. They are best utility helo is service. Awacs i think this urgent to go for E7 wedgetail they are best &good awac makes a lot of difference i think no military should compromise on electronic warfare capabilities we have now 3 phalcon + 2 netra we should go for 4-6 E7 & focus on our 360 awacs. P8i we have now 12 p8 we should buy 18 more in 6-6 batches i know they are overpriced but they can save & shoot down best subs I don want our capital ship to sink by an sub they are critical asset for our navy & airforce. Rafales 36+90 in single go this number is.sufficient till our tejas mk2 reach FOC standards & all weapons integrated. Either we should buy Mq9 or go for joint production for sea guardian type drone from israel for IN to support P8 & IA & IAF.
I think Indian Airforce should acquire more Mirage 2000 aircraft from other countries.....like Taiwan, France and some countries in Middle East ........as Mirage 2000 is a very capable aircraft and it will be in service for atleast 10 more years acquiring more old Mirages ...not for increasing their numbers, but to ensure that there is no issue with spare parts.....makes sense
I don't understand one thing when DRDO has a program on 360° radar for AWACS then why Netra Mk2 is not in 360° configuration? If you have the radar technology is it difficult to make different configurations? I believe the wedgetail Boeing E3 configuration is less bulkier than circular radome..will it be difficult to make DRDO's radar in wedgetail configuration?
Indian air forces should buy around 80 Rafael fighter jet from French. And few saab grieepn. Transportation planning from the UK, Airbus and Brazil aircraft manufacturers. For fight helicopter Apache and our light compact helicopter made in India. We should order AWACS. Chinnok helicopter also

For example Indian army have 12 lakhs active army soldiers and near about 200 artillery guns. But US Army have only 5 lakhs active soldiers and they have near about 2000 artillery gun. I mean to say we should decrease army soldiers but increase artillery guns...
Calibra wise we have huge number , we lack in self propelled
For the worlds second largest army wtf was the MOD doing all these years with all those billon dollars of budget by not building its air mobility command
those AWACS and air to air refuelling tankers are the backbone of the armed forces ....the Indian govt should fast track all these procurements ASAP
Atleast 12 P8i and 24 MH60R romeo more as well.
If you don't have enough submarines, fill the gap with submarine hunters.
Same goes for SAMs, 4-5 more regiments of S500 needed to fill tha fighter aircraft squadron shortage.
They will buy s500 after delivery of s400 complete and it may have tot
We can buy anything we want but you know we need a huge budget to buy all this. As it's hard for government to even to stabilize the price of petrol, as entire world went through covid losses and now on going war is effective global economy too if india spent too much in defence budget it can break the indian economy. For example on going situation in japan and Australia.
Jai Ho 🙏👍🙏👍🙏
India (HAL) has signed an MoU with Israeli Aerospace Industry (IAI) for Boeing 767 tanker conversions this year. We won't be buying A330 MRTT. In future to further boost our tanker fleet, we may proceed with more 767 conversions or buy K767 or KC-46A Pegasus from Boeing, both of which are based on 767 and can perform as transporters too.
We must buy s500 as in future wars hypersonic missiles will be used and we should be able to counter that also need best air defebce guns in high number to take out drones or areal threats like sub sonic cruise missiles !
*After ordering 56 C295 IAF won't buy Super Hercules* but would rather go for 6 more chinooks ...
"Kaafi Kum hai" , Mehenga bhi utna hi zyaada hai
You get 7-8 Apache helicopters for a billion dollars, and we may be short on Apache but we also have Rudra Helicopters
As far as refuellers are concerned, IAF will go for Israeli refurbished Boeing Aircraft from Air India probably and might lease one refueller from Boeing for training
Agree with you on Chinooks, partially on AWACS (we are late but 6 more will be added in 2 years which I believe is a good course correction)
C295 and super Hercules are different category...
@John Hero Apache were downed in Afghanistan using Igla 😂
All it takes a good MPATGM to bring down a helicopter, doesn't matter if it's an Apache or Alligator
@@tejasindianairforce3215 I am aware of that Hercules can carry twice the load but the thing is C295 covers small load operations which were expensive in case of Super Hercules thus not only reducing the load of operation on them but also distributing smaller ones among C295 and Avros
@@PS-ug7nm LoL you are suggesting that junk rudra in place of Apache . You need to do some research about that.
Private companies ko jyada chance dena hoga tabhi kuch ho payega warna government companies delay or corruption mai he rahegi
Esase government ka paisa bhi bachega
Sir i have a video idea..
You can do a research on what if indian defence budget gets 10% of the total budget. How would that change our defense forces.

Very important video.. Govt should negotiate with uk for c130j
ruclips.net/video/GQ-5VtzucoM/видео.html
I have Already said all these in comment section in your videos...
For Fighter Aircraft catagory Only Rafales are need to be Imported, Rest Tejas versions will be good enough.
(Also Supported in Buying 2nd hand Mirages)
Import All types of Spares from Russia to Upgrade Russian Weapons, Specially for Sukhoi 30MKI, IL-76/78, Mig 29, etc.
If Anything Needed to Buy from USA then those should be, Helicopters and Transport Aircrafts...
Thanks...
Your spot on
Totally agree with you.
We need more armed drones, submarines with Indian AIP systems, tanks that can operate at higher altitude areas.
Kuch nahi karegi ye government, ye sirf baate kar sakte hain. 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Relying on IMRH and neglecting the current requirements for Transport Helis will be a big mistake by us. Considering the delays in testing of aircrafts and weapons like no one does on earth, having western systems till then will be a best bet..... Baki sab bureaucracy ki meharbani
Yup IMRH is wayyy off for now, 2027-28 at the least 🤦
Chinook will be a game changer for Indian Armed Forces. We already have it and it is record breaking. We clearly need more of it, we just need to order
@@CatOfCulture YES, absolutely 👍..
And It looks Cool AF too.
I've heard it has enhanced troop and Cargo deployment in Northeast sector 😎
This is my list to buy from US becoz they are more willing to sell to us and deliver quickly
P-8i
Apache
Romeo
Chinooks
C-5
C-130
F-18
F-21
Predator drones
15 additional chinooks may be required for Himalayan theatre along with add 6 C-130.
Yes we need them
*Boeing has not completed its offset clause thats why IAF not giving further order of chinook apache and P8i* Jai Hind🇮🇳🚩
@John Hero thanks to Prashant Dhawan sir for making us well informed about tge issue😍
This all platforms you mentioned that's very expensive for us for increas this nos. We need to decrease nos. Of personal in army

Very Scary Picture of lack of Equipment for IAF , IA and IN which will push us to Wall if we are in 2.5 front war, hope we learn and induct more soon

Iam agree sir your all points ,,,,,,,
Can you tell about the capability gap navy currently faces due to no mine sweepers and landing docks.
More of them are needed
Are yaar download option kyo band kar diya.....Offline mode me sun leta tha.....Wo bhi band
Bhai Agar Rajasthan me ladai hui tab to lch bekar hai
निश्चित ही राफेल एयरक्राफ्ट की संख्या
अभी से दोगुनी से ज्यादा होनी चाहिए
अपाची,ओर चिनहुक की भी संख्या ज्यादा
होनी चाहिए
I think we should have to give some more time to our own defence industries

Do the Mod have extra money to spent 😂😂😂
Where can I get the picture that's on the thumbnail??
But sir we don't have funds so how can we operate 30 and spares are not available in India
Missed MH60R 6 nos helicopters for Navy & newer Awacs under discussion
Hi cost and delayed supply of RAFFALE not make any sense.
Instead fast track induction of Tejas MK2 alongwith extra production facility will help us more.
Yes induction of royal Air force Hercules is a nice idea .
Already prepared and no delay.
If Boeing follow offset clause then we can order more chinuk
Sir you forgot to mention MH-60R and C-295
For havey transport aircraft we should purchase Kawasaki C2
As c 17 glob master production is discontinued
Realistically speaking, this would be my list-
1. 6 Additional C 130J from Boeing + 13 C130 from RAF (optional)
2. 13 more Chinooks for IAF (Total- 28)
3. 16 more Apache for Army (Total- 22)
4. 6 ex Jet Airways Boeing B 748 can & should be converted into Refuellers by HAL in collaboration with IAI.
This is far from being realistic
@@abhilashyadav2274 Aap bhi apna bata do...
Brother you mentioned things according to our pocket , Great Job
But i regret why these things not precured earlier , why we kept on delaying
I don't know why bt procurement of defence equipment is very very slow.😒
Not sure if IAF will be allowed to procure A330 MRTT bcoz of cost issue.....HAL and IAI have recently signed a MOU to convert civilian aircrafts into MMTT - Multi Mission Tanker Transport.....these will be mostly based on Boeing B767....it is also a cost effective approach as B767 are still in production and are widely used by many airlines across globe hence spares, repairs and maintenance won't be an issue
How about C17s from USAFs graveyard? Is repairing them possible?
hm log piece meal order dene me expert he😂😂
70-90 Apache they are very capable attack aircrafts good thing is they can operate remote carrier for Drones due to thier long bow radar chances of mountain warfare is high but they are also very capable for any conflict in Eastern sector.
Jara ek list asi navy ki bhi bana do 😁
Cant we negotiate with US for indian manufacturing line for c17, Chinook? Apache fuselage is already manufactured by TASL.
Correction : The caption should be 'More of them are needed'
I think Indian Airforce should acquire more Mirage 2000 aircraft from other countries.....like Taiwan, France and some countries in Middle East ........as Mirage 2000 is a very capable aircraft and it will be in service for atleast 10 more years acquiring more old Mirages ...not for increasing their numbers, but to ensure that there is no issue with spare parts.....makes sense
MK1A is better than Mirage

If you have the radar technology is it difficult to make different configurations? I believe the wedgetail Boeing E3 configuration is less bulkier than circular radome..will it be difficult to make DRDO's radar in wedgetail configuration?

Indian air forces should buy around 80 Rafael fighter jet from French. And few saab grieepn. Transportation planning from the UK, Airbus and Brazil aircraft manufacturers. For fight helicopter Apache and our light compact helicopter made in India. We should order AWACS. Chinnok helicopter also
