I have a 2017 and no it doesn't have it. The one in this video has an aftermarket ambient light kit installed. they do have factory ambient lightening as an option for this year but it was only 3 colors, white, amber and light blue. The facelifted w204 c43 has multi color ambient lighting though. I think they started it in 2019.
