Do you know if they fixed there lifter problem on the 7.3L I’ve replaced 12 engines on 2020 and newer and there upgraded transmission did they fix that problem I’ve replaced 14 of those 2020 and newer…
You're never going to get straight 6 engine braking.out of a V8, but that is the only thing the cummins bests the powerstroke in. The powerstroke smokes it in every other category and the Ford engine brake is still pretty damn good. Shoot, I have a 2019 F450 and a 2017 F350, I think the engine braking is great. Maybe don't pull heavy loads like an idiot.
ram fans are hilarious. When they were the fastest, they bragged, when they had the best fuel mileage, they exaggerated and bragged, when they had the payload tropht, they bragged, when they had the most trouble free diesel (5.9), they bragged, when they had the biggest cab, they bragged, but now… .now, they only want to talk about engine braking and interiors. All the sudden, being last up the hill, having the worst transmissions, 3rd place in fuel.mileage and.3rd place in payload, is not so great. They like to say "who cares about getting to the top of the hill a minute faster? Rams have the best exhaust brake and that's the most important thing, blah, blah, blah… ." It must really suck to be so far behind the others in so many things. You Ram boys better hope the new cummins can at least be competitive with the powerstroke this time. You're almost out of things to brag about. Pretty soon, pickup trucks and diesel engines are going to be "not that big a deal anymore".
@@TheFarmallfarmerI had cummins brake was good. Motor was good transmission sucked one through four of them in two years and yes, I know how to drive. I’ll stick to my power stroke.
"Allison" transmission in the GM is the same as the transmission in the Super Duty. Joint venture between GM and Ford with Ford taking the lead. GM uses the Allison name, it's not built by Allison.
Lmao if you're towing heavy equipment every day for work than yeah that 40,000 lb is good. But most people don't tow or haul anything other than a camper or a boat

Interesting. I test drove a Platinum Tremor 3 days ago. Gotta order it to get what you want.
How about a effective exhaust brake like the ram trucks!!

When you have real brakes on the truck you don't need such an aggressive exhaust brake

So you say for 2025 f350 you won’t be able to get the 7.3 dually?

Then why would you need a super duty duh
@@SouthIProductionbecause we want them…
I’m trying to figure out why ford offering big towing numbers, is a bad thing. Wtf?
@@jeffclark4008 you know how marketing it is
Thats true. Thats why the single wheel 350 and 250 way out sell the drw trucks
How about they offer the manual transmission again
Blue Cruise?
40,000 pounds on what trim
#Ford needs to eliminate the horrible looking and useless bed and bumper steps!
Ford has price upgrades. Everything else is going to shit. Be real
