There is two ways to beat this chapter. One is to use the lights and let the beast get closer before Richard does. When the gun is shot you escaped. To know when the beast is close or the stranger is that you see the beast right down the entrance to the treehouse. Second is to trick the Capone into getting stuck into the other side of da tree house. Probably try getting the Capone close by using the lights. Honestly idk if Richard can save you but how I did it was to simply let the stranger pass by then later lights on for Richard to come. BIG RULE always have you volume that you can hear it all to make life easier or no to make it worse and get stuck there for 5 months like I did
When you see the stranger walking past by, it means your halfway through, and when the voice you Dialed isn’t in service, it means you’re almost halfway through to the end🎉
Basicly yeah but sometimes it might be different -example1 (light on) -turn on the light i might get lost -light off -light i need light to see where you are If you need more you can ask me and i'll edit this comment adding more

And I was stuck for 90 minutes
