"Woolgatherers: New Work by Heather Day" is one of the FWMoA exhibitions that the public has missed and will sadly be closed by the time we reopen. We'll give you the next best thing - a video tour of Day's first museum solo exhibition, led by FWMoA CEO and Chief Curator Charles Shepard.
This exhibition was curated by Lauren Wolfer, associate curator of special collections and archives. Funding for this exhibition was provided by PNC Bank. This video was created by the Fort Wayne Museum of Art and 07 Films.

I’ve been following Heather for some time and love the work she creates. This show looked brilliantly put together and I enjoyed how you walked us through the show which I felt gave love to the exhibition for those of us who weren’t able to see it, in person. Thanks for this guys 🙏🏽

SHE IS A GRIFTER
@@tomfleshman6306 maybe she is, but maybe she’s not. It’s hard to tell from the outside looking in. Whatever the case may be, an eternal truth of life is that no one is infallible. But the fact that her work speaks to people is undeniable. I love her work and would love to see it person and have a conversation.

I thought so too at first, but it’s better, different, thoughtful. I’ve seen a couple videos now on her and really like the work.

HEATHER DAY IS A GRIFTER THAT SLOPS PAINT ON A CANVAS LKE A KINDERGARDENER , AND THIS GUY, ANOTHER GRIFTER, STOOD THERE WITH A STRAIGHT FACE AND TOLD YOU THIS IS ART, THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY LAUNDERING . IF YOU BELIEVE THIS IS ART? I HAVE A BRIDGE IN BROOKLYN FOR SALE REAL CHEAP.
