  • Hi Everyone! In this video I take you step by step through how I implement GTD (Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity by David Allen) in my bullet journal. This is really an overview of my entire planning process, from my GTD lists and future log, to my calendex and master to do list, and then to my monthly, weekly, and daily spreads. If you want to rock your planning routine this is the way to do it! Enjoy!

I have watched literally hundreds of planning/ planner videos and this by far the best. It incorporates decorating along with practicality. It is very informative and I love how you explain your planning process.

This was great! I use both GTD and a BuJo but I don't have them meshed well together. This gave me some ideas.

What do you do with the tasks you have not completed from the other days? 😊

Great question! If they’re on the two pages I’m looking at or the ‘spread’ I just leave them there, because it’s enough of a reminder that I still have to do that one, until I turn the page. Then I go through them and rewrite the ones I want to keep. That way I only have one ‘active’ spread and I don’t ‘lose’ any tasks. I hope that helps!
