will a key pair value be created on AWS while using terraform ?if so why are we again generating a key-pair value locally,if not why aren't we copying private key to terraform cloud from the local machine. Thanks and regards for this awesome tutorial

No reason other than practicality & control! These keys are very sensitive and I personally prefer to be in control of the process of generating them. It's a preference only
