City: Ahmadabad. Year: 1990. Naina, a successful writer, goes down the memory lane and revisits her cherished memories. Her story begins with the beginning of the 90's. Sameer is a happy go lucky guy, who loves to take risks. Are Naina and Sameer destined to meet? Watch this episode to find out.

Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai chronicles the adolescent romance between Naina and Sameer. The show explores the magic of 'first love'. Naina a quintessential good girl meets flamboyant Sameer in her school in Ahmedabad. She starts liking him the moment she meets him. But, when she watches Sameer hit another boy she has to tell the truth to the principal of the school. This results in Sameer's suspension and his dislike towards Naina. The same is followed by a series of misunderstanding between Sameer and Naina. In order to avenge his insults Sameer takes a bet with his friends that he will make Naina fall in love with him. What starts as a bet ends up in true love for Sameer as Naina cares for him like no one has ever done. When Naina gets to know about the bet she is heartbroken. Thus, begins Sameer's journey of transformation and penance. This show will be a closer exploration of everyday moments that these two share.

This is how a serial should be! It has comedy, romance and some sad moments. No web of negativity at all. It is so relatable. There is no villain in the show, except some turn of events make some people harsh and opposite. And the show sticked to its plot. It was the life journey of Naina-Sameer from highschool lovers to parenthood...Also, the other cast members had their equal role in the show. It's not like the other shows where side characters get sidelined sor ignored, but here everyone has their importance. From the clothes to the environment, they were all simple and relatable... there is repeat dressing. This is how real the show is. This show is unique, a masterpiece. I'm not from India nor im indian, but I've watched many indian shows. However i never knew i would love a very simplistic and realistic show over the glamorous, over-the-top, illogical shows!

Finally I watched all the episodes of this show. Actually was watching this show till they shifted to Mumbai and some episodes of their mumbai story. Now watched rest of them. Really their note of end was also too good. Really very nice show. I luved the last conversation between kamya and naina before leaving ahmedabad to Mumbai. Kamya sense of maturity beautifully shown in her act. All the episodes are epic. May start by anytime to watch from the first episode.

I couldn't watch any other show with so much of madness after watching this masterpiece. It not only depicts Samaina's pure love but also true friendship by Sameer, Munna & Pandit, parenting skills by Chacha ji sister's support by Preeti, ideal teacher by Shanti Ma'am and many more. The songs from 90's are cherry on top. Most importantly it was realistic. Looking forward to the season 2 of the serial with some unique content.
