Most of these remain in a state of perpetual internal struggle, but in general our states are white colonial governments. Including Colombia, Panamá, Mexico, Chile, Paraguay, Venezuela, Argentina, Perú, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Brazil, Bolivia, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Cuba and Puerto Rico.
How do we define "success" of a settler colonial project though? Indigenous people in the places Eugene listed are still being erased and killed. How do we define "success" of a settler colonial project though? Indigenous people in the places Eugene listed are still being erased and killed.
