সেলফ ড্রাইভে শিলিগুড়ি থেকে কাশ্মীর লাদাখ অভিযান এক স্বপ্নের অভিজ্ঞতা। লে লাদাখের প্রকৃতি ভারতবর্ষের এক সম্পদ। লে থেকে যাত্রা শুরু করে সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে ১৭ ৯৮২ ফুট উচ্চতায় খারদুংলা পাস পার করে নুব্রা ভ্যালিতে পৌঁছানো, তাও সেটা নিজে ড্রাইভ করে, বেশ একটা রোমাঞ্চকর অভিজ্ঞতা। এই খারদুংলা পাস সারা বছরই বরফে আবৃত থাকে। প্রতিদিন হাজার হাজার পর্যটক এই খারদুগুলা পাশের প্রকৃতিকে উপভোগ করতে আসে এখানকার বরফ আবৃত পাহাড় এর সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করে। তবে শীতে অত্যাধিক তুষার পাতের ফলে এই রাস্তা মাঝে মাঝে বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। কখনো এই রাস্তায় অভিযানের ইচ্ছা থাকলে আগে থেকে রাস্তার খবর নিয়েই বেরোনো উচিত।
