That's looks like 18cm. I think that amout of recipe is fine using 15cm high size:). And you can chilling at room temp then put that in the fridge over 2hour or overnight. The texture will rich and chewy!! If you like soft texture then youcan skip the fridge part:) I prefer one slice soft try and put it in fridge😊😊
Anyeong-haseyo Asterisk , may I know what oven setting u recommend to get this creamy texture ? I use upper + lower heat(220 celcius for 23min ) , the surface is not burnt and the texture is already solid. Should I just turn on the upper heat instead of both ? Thanks 💚
Do I need to switch to broiler mode in my oven for the last few minutes to get the dark burn colour on the TOP? If yes how long ? Should place cake to the bottom of the oven or middle?

No need to switch modes.
If the top color seems to be pale, move it to the top for about 1 minute and bake.

대신 답변 죄송합니다. 오븐에 따라 다른데요. 저는 바스크 230도에 15분~25분 구워요. 겉은 타고 안은 크림스타일로요. 그게 싫으시면 더 오래 구우시면 돼요

I think you can!😊 In that case, mix it with cream cheese before adding granulated sugar.
Finally, check the taste of granulated sugar and add more.
Change the freshcream to (freshCream (200g)-Spread with (g)).
