Wow! What a project. The number to repairs are a bit eye-opening for sure; definitely wanna get those fixed before moving forward on the build. Gonna be sick!!!! Let's Gooooooo!!!! Be Safe
Wow, Matt, this build is going to be like a fully decked-out glass bass boat! I can't wait to watch it develop into a fully finished Tricked Tins fishing machine!
Watching this build closely. I have a 2072 Lowe that will be rebuilt after I get my boys through high school. I want to do almost the same thing to mine. Great job on the vids!
What’s your opinion on that 0.90 sheet aluminum from tiny boat nation… instead of putting wood back into my bass tracker 165 I’m wanting to do my floor aluminum and my front deck and keep wood out of it
First off, tbn is just a reseller. Most expensive place to get anything. You can literally buy anything on their site on amazon for cheaper. .090 is to thin for floors in my opinion. I use .125. When it comes to aluminum, I can sell you anything they sell for less $$$. Hell you can probably even get it local for cheaper. TBN is expensive AF. TrickedTinsJonboats.com
@@TRICKEDTINS so it's hard to tell on that boat because the front deck is so huge but my little 17 ft tracker has 65in from the pedestal to the front of the boat and 15in between the pedestal and the foot pedal tray. Seems like a boat of that size would be even further back.

Thanks Rod!
Gonna be a dope boat when it’s done!! You’re a beast.
Thanks brotha!

Pretty much an aluminum bass boat. I really have to make these consoles stand out

Thanks, brotha. Im mid video for episode 2. The framework and consoles are getting crazy!
Damn that is a nice huge platform to build a sick Tricked Tin. Amazing what you can do when you and Austin get together.
Yessir going to be sick! Definitely helps when you got someone who is capable and interested!
Can’t wait to see this build
Whats a good center console aluminum brand that you think is best?
Xpress makes some good ones
Definitely looking forward to see how this one comes together
Thanks brotha its gonna be cool
That’s going to be sweet ! Kinda like a tracker 195 txw but better ! I’d love to convert my 2022 pro 170 to dry storage compartments.
Exactly. Its going to be set up way better than any track PT series
Tons of cracks in that Tracker Grizzly. Do you see that same problem in the Lowe Roighneck?
Not as many.
@11:01 I'm wondering if the bow could use some of that ribbing as well?
We added lots of extra frame work!
So I was looking at a new 2023 grizzly 2072 yesterday. Are the new ones built any better?
Idk. I doubt it.

@@TRICKEDTINS you’re right about the expensive stuff!! I have the dimensions for my floor and how I want to frame out my deck …
Hell yea ! Nice !
Thanks brotha
What’s up my boat watcher builder?! Can I get your opinion on the Lowe’s boats? We’re looking at one. I know you don’t like some of the trackers.
Make sure its welded! No rivets! Lowe uses the same bs foam as Tracker. Lowe Roughneck boats are pretty good.
@@TRICKEDTINS Where do I look for welds or rivets? Thanks!
How much was the total cost of welding for this project just wondering for my tracker ideas
Around $10k
@@TRICKEDTINS where are you based out of?

Sick build but that front post seat is in the wrong place. Other than that it's frickin sweet!!!
I dont follow?

You are overthinking it. I fish and know what's comfortable. Im no expert, but I've been around the block a few times, lol!
Sounds like you should make Austin a partner
All those cracks make me scared my 2014 1860 has those problems too.
If you see one you have tons lol
wow 60 welds, 95% of people would consider that hull toast. not alot of people work on tin boats
Unfortunately, it's typical with all the bigger Grizzlys
Got a '63 1430 I wouldn't mind picking your brain on
To old and tiny for me brotha
