This is specifically about the Armenian genocide, perhaps the track of theirs that is most directly about it. The holy mountain in question is Mt. Ararat, which has ties not only to Armenian Christianity but was also a part of pre-Christian Armenian mythology. It currently lies outside the borders of modern Armenia, and has become somewhat of a symbol and reminder of the genocide.

That's where Noha's Ark landed on also. If you believe the Bible, then life as we know it now stemmed from Armenia. So in a way, we're all Armenians.

I've got to see System twice in concert. Headlining Ozzfest 07, then at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH. Both were magnificent.

Now that you're a System of a Down fan and are watching Game of Thrones, you have to react to this: Serj Tankian Performs Rains of Castamere Live at The Forum
Unfortunately it's a phone recording and they never made a studio version, but it still is the most powerful rendition of the Lannister song.

There is a studio version and it's great too.

You should also check out a lot of Serj's solo songs. Mainly you should check out Live in London Serj Tankian, he's the one with the Top hat in the video. Serj Tankian, live in London.

While their live stuff is good and the IRL visuals are nice, you should react to some songs from their music videos, the production adds some extra oomph. Love your stuff though and open mind, thanks for the content! On point with this one, and just an all around great song. Other SOAD: Hypnotize, Innervision, Nüguns, Violent Pornography. Also more Bo, did you ever watch the full Inside special btw?

To me it sounds like a soldier coming back from war. But I do believe it had to do with the genocide of Armenian people.

It might be difficult to find a live version, but you should really check out their song Tentative. It hits on the Armenian Genocide. I would love to see your reaction

They're free but the symbol of Armenian freedom is still outside the borders. That's why it is so bitter but, undeniably cool at the same time .

Used to like Boyd but for some reason he always knows what every video he reacts to is about without fail and pretends he just figured it out himself.

A lot of reactors do that to be fair. Most of this genre is a bunch of frauds and grifters.
