@@Ulti47 this is mainly in pro play. in ur average comp game it actually feels really balanced since ur not always fivestacking. phoenix is a really gud fill in pick if ur team comp is a bit wacky, reyna and yoru are great lurkers since regular ranked play teams aren't gonna be as organized to deal with them. harbour is just weak in general but he's like the only character and he's rlly new. skye is not even that bad cuz she still has decent flashes, info gathering, and she has heals.

As kj main I can say this act seems to be very exciting and promising : ). Wish they don't nerf her any time soon
I feel like it’s completely fine KJ having a high pick rate, because unlike pre-nerf chamber, KJ only amazing quality is her ult, whereas chamber had everything in his util that made him op. His trip was insane for a flank watch, his ult was op af, his teleport was so broke as a getaway card. The new meta is amazing imo bc no one is overpowered
her WHOLE kit is both amazing quality and horrible quality
yeah agreed. KJ's pickrate increase is mostly a result of chamber getting deleted. if cypher got buffed a tiny bit more, he would most likely eat up a ton of that pickrate

Imo they really need to buff Skye. Her only good map is getting rotated out which is not helping her case. Maybe she can tell us how many opponents have been flashed with her hawk?
We will see a lot of Harbor Split for sure at least in Pacific we see a lot Harbor on Split almost every match. ++PRX did play him on Split you can see how often they did it.
At this point the Sentinals are the most unbalance agent class in the game. Minus her Ult points, Killjoy's fine and don't need nerfs. Cypher and Chamber just need buffs to match her level.
Imo Cypher's cages should last longer closer to a Controller's smoke duration. And make his Ult Scan 3 times.
With Chamber, just remove the cooldown after he recalls his trademark. Abd make his HH bullets cheaper.
I know how we can buff Chamber and Cypher.
We bring back to old Chamber and give Cyphers camera an operator.

This meta just shows that its time to eliminate post plant utilities. Being able to be behind cover almost on the other side of the map while you arent even taking duels is just something that should not be allowed..in a competitive fps.
I don't think so. There's a player card based around post plant utility. Even the Valorant ads promote lineups.
But it can be easily countered by pressuring the timing on the post plant... or flanking.

Regarding the KJ issue, I don't think she is busted tbh. She has pretty straight forward counterplay, and her range restrictions definitely are noticeable on larger maps like Pearl, Lotus and even Fracture and Haven. She needs tuning if anything. and if she does have to get touched, I'd say make her ult 8 points (surprised it isn't 8 points given their stance on "site wide ults" and how there are only like 2 consistent counters to it now) and MAYBE make her range restriction much more punishing but overall she is fairly balanced. Overall, the game feels very balanced and IMO Pearl and Lotus have been refreshing maps for agent diversity. I'd say if anything Kayo needs nerfs and Skye needs buffs but it's still a great state of the game RN with no Chamber (though he could probably use some SLIGHT tuning and by that I'd say increase his TP range and make his trip universal).
Agree, minus the ult points, Kj's fine and does not need a nerf. Other Sentinals need a buff like Cypher.
I dont think Kayo needs a nerf but Skye needs a buff.. Maybe make her Dog have unlimited vision so it'll be like a Sova Drone. Wouldn't mind if the dog gets more expensive .
@@tyroneTy2024 Other Sentinel Buffs wouldn't be bad tbh, specially Cypher and MAYBE Chamber (I think Sage is fairly balanced though the heal nerf was not needed). Kayo needs nerfs IMO cause he does too much for hella value but regarding Skye, I think that is a fair change considering they nerfed her price randomly. I think her Seekers should also be 6 and I'd say even be more punishing if you get hit by one considering how easy they are to destroy and avoid.

*Edit With Cypher, I honestly think they should increase his cages duration. When attackers manages to destroy the trips, they can easily push through the cages, it's not respected that much. Might as well increase the duration and treat it to something closer to a controller smoke.
@@tyroneTy2024 For Kayo yea, he should be hard CC like Breach and not have info gathering- but even then I feel like it wouldn't be enough. Also, agree with the Cypher cages. Maybe not like as long as a Controller smoke but def should be more punishing.

Jett and Sova are good picks compared to their counterparts but they’ve both undergone their fair share of nerfs by now. I don’t think we’ll see them as dominant or game breaking as before.

His slows should be more punishing and not slow your team (quite literally makes no sense how Viper smokes don't punish her team but Harbor's does) and his Ult Stuns need to be timed better. More so quality of life changes rather than full on buffs but he needs changes.
All his smokes are bullet proof + allie’s can see through smoke + ult becomes a giant molly

@@supernaturel7687 I disagree with the 20s cooldown. Bro it's literally an extra life per each 30 seconds that is SO GOOD. And the range trip, first of all Cypher has no rage traps like you said, and second, the alarmbot were almost a useless ability staying Chamber on the top with his trap (or traps before, that was unfair). The ult still being so good, no broken but very nice because of the free op. We all know that.
BUT
The Chamber sheriff i think is trash. 150 per bullet and they nerfed so much this ability so it's minimally better than the sheriff.
Normal sheriff has30 bullets and costs 800. Chamber sheriff has 8 bullets and all these bullets costs 1200crdits :( i think it's the ONLY ability that should be buffed. The rest of the kit... Idk what to do but rly idc so much cuz i'm Kj main since 1 year :D one year waiting this
at this point they can just remove chamber

@@supernaturel7687 Yeah this is the reason why I left this game. The nerf was a bit too overkill. Even if you manage to place your anchor right you can still get rushed by a whole team if they said fuck it.

@@matutee_08 you got a source for that chief? because last time I heard that we got another duelist. The newest sentinel that was ever added was chamber and before then the 2 were from the beta and one came shortly after the game was released. Riot hates the Sentinel class with a passion.

@@OfficialKman5625 Ranked is different than pro play, and people follow this channel solely for patch updates or for guides to improve.
In pro play there are anyways good teammates to co-ordinate with each other. It just kinda gets boring.
In ranked, people aren't. And if your teammates insta-lock duelists only,(or chamber) its anyways hard to win as support role, even if you are trying your best, coz you have to think as a team in that case. And I haven't even talked about throwers. The only type of smurfs i have problem with, is reyna smurfs, simply coz they can re-heal to 150hp, dismiss and kill entire team. I dont mind instalock, but if they ask others to play support , why do they have to instalock in the first place, if they are so coward?
