Hi Quintin. Now I am concerned about United. I am going to Atlanta from Newark next month and United is a lot cheaper than Delta and flies at better times. But after your experience and all the public relations disasters, I am wondering if I even want to fly them again.

United never dragged a person off their aircraft.. that was a united aircraft operated by republic airlines with their crew not united.. people these are so stupid
Just curious - if you didn't buy a refundable first class ticket, why would u expect UA to refund your father's ticket price absent something like a death in the family or illness (and maybe even those events aren't exceptions )? And that "meal" looked pathetic for first class. Thanks for the vid.
Francis Bagbey the ticket was refundable. After I found out he wasn’t coming I switched the name of the seat to “Extra Seat Soloviev”. Other airlines have been fine with this. Thanks for watching!

"For good luck" when you intentionally touch the hull. I do similar, either what you did or a full palm, for good luck. Thought I was the only one.

I've been to denver 3 years in a row for a layover. I know exactly what it looks like. But when you were landing qfs. The frames I saw were awesome.
