is the certificate installed (comes up when you open the helium mobile app)? It also took me a while of banging my head against the wall before I could get it to work. I'm honestly not sure what I did to finally get it to work. I would suggest checking in the Helium Discord!
If you still can’t connect to the hotspot, you can try to forget your helium mobile network by going to your phone WiFi 🛜. Then reopen the helium mobile app it will present you the certificate to allow you to automatically connect to your helium hotspot. Let me know if that works for you.
I have two my issue is that my phone doesn't connect to the hotspots automatically. Does your phone connect to the miner??

You can just buy the hotspot! There's indoor and outdoor for cheap right now, using INDOORBDAY or OUTDOORBDAY
