But in case of fissure surgery one of the doctor in pune his name is Ashwin porwal doing laser sphincterotomy. Is this laser vs normal open surgery which one is better? Because in Hyderabad one GI surgeon doctor only doing open surgery. Can i go for open or laser ? Now days all doctors doing laser surgery. For open surgery is painful and recovery time is also 14 days.
And one final doubt is with laser how he can cut internal splinter ?

General anesthesia is expensive compared to spinal anesthesia that is why surgeons prefer spinal but patient remains with back pain and nerve damage on the back where needles are inserted. I think general anesthesia is better and patient should be told to pay extra for it.
Also general anaesthesia is a more serious risky
