Tq Dr, for the very enlightening and useful video on missing data. While preparing for the analysis, I didn't realise that I had to dig further into the missing data topic alone. I also agree that it is quite lucky that the reviewer pointed out the need to elaborate on the missing data. Because recently came across a reviewer who pointed out the need to explain how we deal with the biases in one of a paper submitted.

Wait until you have a reviewer who wants you to justify the MAR assumption. I have had that once: doi.org/10.1111/sjop.12487 pp. 136-137
