My husband and I just became full time RV’ers 6 months stationary on a future homestead we plane to build on. We have a 42 ft 5th wheel. Learning curve on how RV’s actually work. lol nothing like a sticks and bricks home. We love it. No hurry.
It is so nice seeing Winston being social with other kids, and I love that you encourage it. You don't keep him shut away from others. I wish more parents were like that.

Yes!! We take our dog camping with us every year. He paces around a bit at first before realizing we're all there & having fun. Then he just waits for someone to "drop" food scraps 😂.
I'm glad you've met some Moms. That may really help you a lot. Looks like you are getting things put together. I'm glad everyone is settling in. Hopefully your pooch will adjust more and soon.

Poor Max, glad he's better ...when we moved from our home to a smaller home, our largest Dog Sasha paced a lot for the 1st week, def. drank more water d/t her stress level & lots more let out-sides but after about a week, she was herself again ! : )

Loved this update!!! I figured it would take Max a little while to settle in the RV. At least he has all his people & familiar things around to help. I love the unpacking part most: putting everything where you want them then settling in & breathing a sigh of relief when it's all done 😂. You managed to fit a lot of stuff in the kitchen area & that's awesome!!
I’m so thankful to find your videos we’re looking for an RV to live in full time. My requirements are residential appliances pantry countertops and washer and dryer hookups so we may have to get a used older one to stay in a lower price range.

So happy for y’all! When my Mom adopted a dog last year, the shelter told her about “the rule of 3”. Basically three days to acclimate to the new home/surroundings, 3 weeks for basic training and bonding and 3 months for more advanced training.
I think this applies with everything in life, moving, new job, getting a new animal, etc. What I’m trying to say is by the time Winston starts school, y’all will be RV pros! And you already said Max is starting to acclimate and it’s been 3 days. Just keep that in mind as you go along and maybe it will help 😊 lots of love and prayers from south TX
Congrats! It is Def a process but everyone will adjust even poor Winston. You will have to check out places on U tube abt living is smaller spaces & ways to make more storage.

So happy for your family when we would go camping in camper we bought a large out door carpet and put in right outside our door and had it big enough to have it like a patio so we wouldn't be carrying a lot of dirt into the camper it helped a lot

Max will do fine. We have 2 dogs and did not live full time in a RV but did a lot of time during the summers over 4 years at our camper. They get used to it.

I’m happy for you , my niece wants to live in an RV but I don’t understand it . Why not get an apartment and be comfortable while looking for your forever home? But if you like it that’s all that matters ! Be safe ! 🐾🦴🐾
It will be cheaper based on monthly rent around here. Not a lot availability either and not accepting dogs over 30lbs lol so rv life was the best fit for us ❤️

What's happening to the house? Where will you put everything you left behind. We made a move from Colorado to New Mexico because of my son's health. We left my husband's family behind and came to where my family was. My children were 8 months and 2 years old. Never even thought about it because of my son and coming home to my family. I was 22 and my husband was 25. We many many more changes in our life. Good luck, I hope it all works out for you and your family. As long as you and your husband and son are happy that's all that matters.

The RV is beautiful, but if you're not traveling, why move? Why not wait til you find your forever home and move once. At the end of the day, you gotta do what you gotta do. I just feel like there is more to this story, im guessing the reasons are private, which is hard when you're on RUclips. I hope everything goes well for you.
That wasn’t our house. It was my in laws. We decided not to buy it, so we needed to move on and let them do whatever with the house that they want too. Rv living was the best option for us while looking for land.
