I think exploring culture channels have always gone big, you could go to around 300k subscribers where you would go stagnant around that , usually people go about by exploring food and markets. On youtube, titles of the video include as many communities as they can or their target audience. Videoes should be from audience perspective . Reaction videoes are also done in a way where they can tap into big communities.
