Year 3 Treasure Tree 2024

The Year 3 'Treasure Tree' is always a highlight of the college calendar. It centers around a story about four best friends-a lion, an otter, a golden retriever, and a beaver-who all share the same birthday. Together, they receive a treasure map from the Wise Old Owl, leading them to the golden keys of the Treasure Tree. Along their journey, each friend must use their unique talents, learning to value their own strengths and appreciate the qualities of others.
The unit culminates with the Year 3 students gathering at the front of the college to unveil our very own Treasure Tree. This special tree is decorated with heartfelt letters from family and friends, offering words of encouragement to inspire our students. It’s a cherished tradition that leaves a lasting impression, reminding students of the love and support they have from those who care about them.
