Could be language delay too. There are certain videos for "Speech delay vs Autism" including this channel. If he is understanding then that's good that his receiving language is working fine. Speaking is afterwards. In my family, 1 girl started speaking full fledgedly at 5 so i guess your case is not bad
Very nice. when my son comes to ask me his favorite thing(candy,ice cream) I try to make it a game like I close my eyes and try to walk away from him. He makes sure that I turn to him and he smiles when I turn and then say ok for whatever he is asking

@@aforautism6808 Hello Ina ji.. did you went for Neurologist for diagnosis? Or how did you diagnose your kid? Also following your videos I guess your Viraj's case is for Virtual and not classic... isn't it?
As per your advice I started working on my child and after totally stopping screen time and active interaction he shows now good response to his name and eye contact started babling mama papa dada etc again but still he can not understand commands and not speaking or showing any gesture for food water etc

Mam aapne Viraj ki kitne month occupational therapy karwai in centre...hum max 3-4 month offc se leave leke kar dusre sehar mein kra sakte....kyunki humare location k aas paas koi facility nhi...

My daughter is in the spectrum, daily some times she laughs with out any reason sometimes by doing something is there anything can be done to stop this behaviour. She is just 2.6 years old we are not seeing much behaviour issues in her except this . We are much worried about this please reply
Divert this... The moment she laughs means she is recalling something or probably due to less variety of expression she is doing it.. Analyse when most of the times she is doing it.. There could be a reason behind.. Laugh with her at the same time and give words to her expression like.. Oh my baby is laughing .. It is so funny .. Connect with her that very moment..

If she wants something she is holding our hand to get help for taking that . And following all the instructions also . Age 2.6 years . Even showing signs for toileting as well . Recently only we got her diagosed . Can you guess at what age we can expect her interracting

Ma'am mera bete ka eye contact improve ho raha hai lekin jab hum uski taraf dekhte hain toh bas 20-30 seconds lagatar eye contact karta hai. Hum usko eye contact ki activities karate hain aur har cheez eye contact se hi dete hain. Lagatar thodi der tak eye contact nahi karta. Iske liye kya karein?

@@PriyankaSingh-kw3fs I am from Umaria ...aap kaha se hain...but now after 6-7 month since diagnosis I see tremendous improvement in my son...now he recognises everyone and remembers everyone...he can ask himself for food and water or food of his choice...he has memorised many scripted sentences and use them appropriately...he has learnt 100's of spelling ...he loves to play with family members....and follows all command...overall much improvement only problem is concentration and sitting tolerance inside home...he always wanted to go outside.
