Thanks dude! White text is difficult to read in videos. But putting it in a shaded background around text makes it much easier and cooler to read without putting a non transparent sheet over any part of the video :)
Hi Jim, in the next tutorial you should try to run the text behind the tree, I'm curious to see how this effect comes with PowerDirector 18. In my opinion it would be very nice🌲
That may be the best thing I have ever seen..I am going to use this process to create my thumbnails and snapshot them..Bless you so much for this
I'm pleased you found this helpful. Glad I could provide it. Blessings back to you. --Jim
This is exactly the process I use. I often use a 50% opacity background just to help the text stand out from the video.
Don,
Having partial opacity is often more classy than a solid color. Wish we could apply a gradient to a color board as well. --Jim

You're welcome. This is pretty basic, but not a bad technique. --Jim

Nice idea. I'll see what I can come up with. --Jim
Jim,
it shouldn't be difficult to achieve this effect using the "ColorDirector" plug-in
Now that is interesting!
Not to difficult for any version of PowerDirector. --Jim
Thank you.
Not to complicated, but helpful. You're welcome, Paul. --Jim
You're right very easy but so easy that most of the time I missed it.
Nice
Thanks much! --Jim
