Try Recreating the Distance Mate and New Part Design (the crucial steps) in a new Assembly. 7:48 distance mate creation 9:08 new part design 10:15 very crucial step (some sketch of New part will be made coincident with the Punch part, this will create Embossing possible if punch will be sent down by Adjusting the Distance Mate values) 10:37 is also a very important step Hope this may solve the problem.
