Hi, thanks so much for your videos. My rotator cuff and biceps tendon repair is on December 13. I watched this video and can you say what day # this was after your surgery? Were you able to dress and undress on your own right after surgery?
@garrydenny5405 - Hi Garry. If I really needed to, with this technique I could have changed my shirt after surgery. Fortunately, I had assistance. Having assistance that first week, is definitely helpful. Pulling up your pants is similar. It's easier to do, just takes time and patience with one hand. You could try practicing with one hand before surgery to see what will work best for you. Best of wishes on your recovery!

I went up a size larger with Under Armour fitness shirts, which are stretchable, moisture wicking, and have odor control. I only needed different shirts the first two weeks.
