  • BREAKING: Gabby Thomas Makes EXCITING Career Announcement...
Obviously, Gabby Thomas has the right mindset whenever she steps on the track: bring your A-game and make sure to outrun everyone else. This strategy worked for her countless times, undoubtedly. Now, she continues to prove that being physically and mentally ready for a race works wonders for Gabby Thomas performance!
To prove that, she went to the 29th edition of the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix held at New Balance in Boston a few days ago more than ready to take on her competitors and ended up excelling in the women's 300m event.
As most of you know, #gabbythomas usually competes in the 100 and 200 meter sprint. In fact, success came relatively early for her. For context, she made her first appearance in the U.S. Olympic #trackandfield Trials in the 200 meters in 2016 where she finished sixth. At the time, she was just a freshman at Harvard University, training under coach Kebba Tolbert.

So what's the exciting career announcement? Is she going for her Phd? I'm already at 4:19 of the video and it has not been mentioned as yet. I am not watching the rest of it.

She could be an Olympic Champion, Super Model, CEO of a multi million dollar company. She is the total package. A great ambassador of USA Athletics and role model for young girls.

Gabby could be great but she needs to change her coach. There is no reason for her to run 21.6 at Trials and can then only barely eke out a 21.8 at the global championships when the quick time does matter. She is peaking at the wrong time. No US women are running faster than 21.85. So there's no need to peak for this event and then either can't peak again or cannot maintain her peak.
    Change coach, I beg thee.
