The problem I find with luben is that people can avoid his hits by walking side ways. Since hok doesn’t have hyogas, I’d recommend frost cape. Frost cape will help you do damage but also give assist by slowing down the targets for your jungler. Btw, that is the optimized build. It is however unfortunate that he’s late game. You’ll need a tank as a support.
