How To Remove The Title Column From a SharePoint List

- This tutorial will show you how to remove the title column from a SharePoint list. Specifically, it will show you how to remove the title column from a SharePoint Online list in two ways. First, it will show you how to make the title column in a SharePoint list not mandatory and then will show you how to hide it. Secondly, it will show you how to rename the title column in a SharePoint list so that you can repurpose it. Unfortunately, the title column in a SharePoint list cannot be deleted. Additionally, using both of the methods outlined in this tutorial, the title column will still be visible in the SharePoint list new item form. I will be creating a tutorial demonstrating how to customize the new item form so be sure to subscribe to be notified once that tutorial is live.

But when I click on "New" to fill the information for a new row, the column is still there. The only way to get rid of it is to repurpose it?
Yes the only option available is to repurpose or hide it. You can hide from your form once you make it optional following the steps outlined in this video ruclips.net/video/oaSAslFzByg/видео.html
Hi lui, Indeed as you mentioned i have created a POwer APP, ( from a sharepoint list) , and it brings my initial title column into the 'Browser gallery, and in fact messes up my fields. very annotying. Have u already explained how to deal with this in your latest video?. pls let me know thanks
