I've been a huge AP fan for about a year and a half now, ever since hearing Emune's Planet Terror. Although the phonk was a bit different if you can even call it that for that album, the collab tapes that AP has put out have only gotten better. Super sick video, glad I know some more background about AP as well as Phonk.

The first time i found always proper was in the best of lofi 2018 mix from chilledcow. When i saw their tapes recommended in Spotify their name sounded familiar, and it was. They evolved from lofi to phonk, kinda like me.

I think I'm a Clone too. Sorry for that but I only have Fun and being more and more obsessed with Phonk/Memphis Rap since I found out about it a few Years ago. Since then I never got bored of this genre. I hope I find my own sound in it one day. Because I like many different genres but this.. It hits me different everytime I come back to it. And I think phonk will live on for a long time. There's always someone at there desk doing something else creative.

what happened to all of Always Proper's old music? I can't find it anywhere, even on soundcloud. I assume they consolidated their releases, but other than that I can't find bumps and bruises or literally anything else besides la familia volumes 1-3, and southside pimpin'. (side note it's kind of funny that north memphis is an always proper release)
edit: I've been able to find the rest of them but a lot of videos are private or on various artists' pages

The reason the 2014-15 era look bare to you is because Emune has repeatedly deleted all the releases, if you researched better you would’ve found tapes upon tapes .
Also it’s pronounced Soudi-aye, hes French
And he's deleted them because he's constantly stealing other people's drums, sounds, etc. and using them without their permission, then ghosting. He's also stolen money from artists on his label and cut them off too once he's done using them. He literally just leeches off up and coming artists on soundcloud.

The only reason I delete albums is because once a member leaves or I kick them out, I see no reason to have their music on our page anymore. I always do that and still do to this day. The reason is we never had contracts so we had no rights to anyone’s music.
I would have been hated just as much for keeping it up lol
Now we have contracts so everyone we do is permanent
