very nice sir..really glad that someone from the filed has taken a initiative to start a lecture series for Public administration...which is butchered repeatedly by UPSC...year on year.....Sir if possible pls compare the questions of recent paper questions of UPSC and try to frame the answer ....as its difficult to understand the question's in exam.
