Each and every opal blocks are very different from each other .....like the shape of the rooms the building....some opal doesn't have gym but opal A has it ....it depends like that ....we can choose the room mates whom we want to choose...but rooms they allot it in a random manner...after 1 St year you can request for the rooms you prefer...it's based on first come first serve ...hope this helped🥰
