I love how it blinks, I know it's a small detail but I really love it. It adds something special, like when it says he fell deeply asleep and the lights of the eyes turned off for a moment before turning on and continuing the tale. Gorgeous!!

Barnaby I recently watched The Dark Crystal series on netflix and I recognized your puppet immediately! I cannot express how happy it made me to see the fantastic creation of one of my favourite puppeteers/makers added to one of my very favourite mythos. I may have screeched rather loudly, paused the video and proceeded to point it out to my bewildered family, explaining how amazing it was at great length.

Actually in a video here he talks to Adam Savage from Mythbusters he talks about how he used to animate and do claymation. He wanted to combine the two and created this technique using only his hands
Lights are synced to the recprding frame rate so it gives the illusion of passing frames but actually being filmed in real time. He is also really talented with the motions.
The voice for the ghost story is hypnotic and spooky, but somehow charming at the same time. Little details I love is that the puppet blinks (how!) and I can hear the accents rattling on his little figure. I'm enthralled by the story and talent. Very, very well done!

It acordians as described has yellow eyes Claws and it's mouth is that of a man like how the puppet describes the monster itself to be a gaunt man so clearly they are one in the same. Or atleast the "monster" was a person who obsessed with trying to free the souls in the horn and over time became the "monster" then got killed at eich point, its latest victim stole the horn and obsessed over it repeating the cycle and this puppet seems to represent one of the monsters from that repeating cycle of stolen souls
How do you control the blinking? The timing is too perfect to be automatic and you're hands are literally full already! Foot pedal? Facial recognition? A second puppeteer? Edit: Oh wait, is it that one free thumb?
Netflix would definitely reach out like "sup, you and your creepy little puppet thing of which we do not think is a puppet but we call it that so kids who watch your show aren't terrified work for us now"

This is so so good, if you want to amp up that "creepy" factor, flip the mouth 180 degrees so it projects your mouth upside down!
