And hmda given conditional approval for plotting layouts to big ventures like aurabindo Sansa county 500acre villa venture, nivee developers around 200acres. Not sure how they comply to peri urban rule like construction structure should not cover more than 25% plot area where plots area starting from 150-200 sq yds 😂
