That place charges $400,000+ for one bedroom and $600,000+ for two bedroom Even in posh parts of the US, that price means everything around you is pristine. But the fact is, the SIDEWALKS are NARROW (sidewalk width should be TRIPLED from what it is now for the community to feel inviting and lux), the river is brown, POVERTY and SLUM neighbors are next to your condo LITERALLY (Barrio Rosario), the obstacle course is a shame (it should have been made into a central park with gardens and benches). It's simply not worth the price, yet.
Love this.
Is it fully furnished? With beds and everything?
