To be honest this game favoured Trevor from the start, the man lives and breathes physical challenge. No wonder he was the anchor all the time. I wish there had been two or more like him for that spice.
They are asked when entering if they are able to swim , run etc and every contestant said they could. If you watched every episode you will know very well that some contestants lied about their capabilities.

Plus there was a bit of climbing,throwing and holding which he proved he could do very well. He basically handled physical pressure well and take a look at his audition as well.
