🪭🪭🪭"GOOD NIGHT" is a lullaby which is veeeeeery old. It is inviting us to lean back into ourselves to digest the day and bring the whole into the heart.
🏮🏮🏮I love this type of traditional music because the the substratum is silence. Every sound is carefully written to make the internal calm even bigger. We could compare this with the sound of birds that somehow strengthen the silence by means of sounds.
