Bubble rings underwater while scuba diving

Do you know how to do bubble rings underwater while you are scuba diving? I’m Costa Rica they reached me how to do them and besides from the technique of the tongue movement while doing a curve or its position touching the upper teeth, the most important tip for me was trying to say the word “bar” slowly but strongly.
