I think you’re reading from UK Christmas facts mainly! Christmas crackers and cardboard (shaped like giant sweet) filled with a party hat, joke and toy/utensil usually! You pull them apart with someone and they make a loud snap. Then someone get the stuff inside!
Then you wear your hat whilst eating christmas dinner 😭

Mince pies are sweet pastry pies filled with fruit and alcohol (mincemeat). We have them in the UK every year.

loved this vid - a lot of facts were UK related... so mince pies are little sweet pastries filled with a mixture of fruit & Christmassy spices. Christmas pudding is a dark, sticky, and dense sponge, more like a fruitcake, made of mixed dried fruit, candied fruit peel, apple, and citrus zests. Brandy and spices provide a deep, complex flavour and signature dark colour, it is usually served at the table with brandy poured on and set alight - it's like the finishing highlight to the meal - I find it too heavy after Christmas lunch but it is a tradition xx
Pudding in the UK is dessert. Christmas pudding is similar to fruitcake - but delicious! Spices, raisins, and chopped dried fruit. Some people pour over a Brandy sauce, or your choice.

an english christmas cracker is a cute little tradition that we have before our meal, you hold one side and the person next to you holds the other, you both pull and it cracks and in the middle there are little gifts!
ok sam....a mince pie is made of currents, raisins and spices.....and baked in a pie shell.....the british makes mall ones to eat every day...very good and a stollen is a german cake with dried fruit and raisins and covered in powdered sugar...A Hamper is a basket filled with Christmas goodies..cookies,wine,candy....Very British thing

No they are not! Pudding is something totally different and not particularly associated with Christmas and maybe some regions use the little paper crackers (I saw them for sale at Barnes and Noble) but it’s not a common thing.
