It was a foul however the idea of blocking the other player from getting to the ball and letting your goalie get it as apposed to getting the ball yourself and being in a uncomfortable situation is being taught these days. I got a yellow card for winning a header against him, seeing the guy's foot coming towards my neck, then catching his foot and running with his leg in my arms and dragging him for about 8 yards. When I was in high school, a guy on the other team had done several high kicks and the ref hadn't called any of them.
I got a yellow card for winning a header against him, seeing the guy's foot coming towards my neck, then catching his foot and running with his leg in my arms and dragging him for about 8 yards. It took everything I had not to make it 25 yards 😂
