What I like about Kyuranger is that they have literally every since power ranger color once Lucky becomes Red Orion (White). That's never been done before. That on top of that are their unique costumes. Kyuranger really does hit all the marks when it comes to an aesthetically pleasing ranger team!
I thought if this is adapted, it should story arcs, including one I thought up. Arc 1: The 9 Chosen Arc 2: Star Zodiac Arc 3: The Argo Arc 4: The Galaxy's History Arc 5: The Final Battle.
I think the Red Ranger can be Human or at least be Half-Human Like Star Lord that is Half-Human/Half-Alien that find himself in Space or Green Lantern like that Red could be an Earthling that find himself in Space and is like a Fish out of Water with Him don't understanding much of the Alien Culture but at the same time with Aliens that look him from above (because he is a Human) and that say to him that he (/a Human) should not be a Ranger
Or make him a second generation colonist from terra venture, alien and huma att the same time, this way the season can aknolege that earth is a planet that exists and have rangers there but due the LG team not realesing information the team dont know much about the planet so it can excused the fact that they dont consider asking searching help on earth but can also let the door open to future crosshovers without making another unecessary paralel universe.
They could also give some lore to the “legendary” alien rangers that Super Mega Force used. Maybe even having each ranger basically be some sort of cosmic anomaly that were all manifested in planets that had power rangers in them. Capitalizing on the fact that the Morphin Grid is supposed to be a universal force.
Either here or Zenkaiger would be best explain about the legendary power never before seen on earth since in Zenkaiger, there is a character name Stacey who summon power rangers like Diend summoning kamen rider. So far, his threat level is pretty low and they are planning to redeem him. In power rangers, they can explain that because of him, the legendary rangers got defeated and can't join the power ranger series since they are trap in the gear like a trophy that the hunter have. This show that this Stacey is deadly and treat his bussiness like a sick game.

I would say go full on anniversary season. Have the member lost in space and as they assemble the team come across the other space based rangers and locations like Aquatar, KO35, Mirinoi and the Lost Galaxy, and even could visit Eltar and find out about the origins of the Power Rangers as well as the morphing grid. Hell, they could tie even more together and have the finale on earth like you said, but then as a result of that battle have the Earth open it's doors to the various alien races and lay the ground work for SPD (considering that one of the rangers is a wolf alien. they could easily modify that character to be Sirian, Cruger's race).
@@milkallergy8829 Well the Kyuranger powers come from the Kyutamas mystical spheres connected to various constellations meaning they won't be destroyed simply go inactive when the Power Rangers' duty of defending the universe from evil that triggered their awakening process is defeating and the team of rangers that used them give them up and the process starts all over again with the Kyutamas beginning to awaken after the 1000+ period of peace is up and a major evil force threatens the universe in order for a new team of rangers to appear to use the power of the Kyutamas to protect the universe from evil, so you could say that the scientists working for SPD/Galactic Alliance found some of the Kyutamas and in trying to figure out what powers them aka their potential connection to the Morphing Grid and discovered the legend of how every 1000+ years when evil threatens the universe the Kyutamas begin their awakening process basically signaling the time has come for their chosen wielders to use them as Power Rangers and defend the entire universe from whatever this evil force threatening the universe is and yes the Power Rangers are those chosen by the Kyutamas. And this was my idea for a Kyuranger adaption basically have it be a sequel to SPD to where it's far into the future to where Earth is part of a Mass Effect Galactic Alliance that also consists of allied planets like Eltar, Aquatar, Triforia, Mirinoid, Sirius, KO35, and various other friendly planets within the Power Rangers mythos meaning there's now a SPD Academy up in space and five of those Cadets a human male from a Earth colony in the Lion Galaxy, a male Sirian possibly a descendant of Commander Cruger, either a male or female member of that humanoid Scorpion Race from Kyuranger, a male member of that Minotaur-esque race from Kyuranger, and a female human cyborg during an attack on the academy meet up with this adaption's counterpart to Commander Ryou, and one of the lead scientists and are shown the Kyutamas that are in the possession of SPD those being the Red Lion Kyutama, the Blue Wolf Kyutama, the Orange Scorpion Kyutama, the Black Bull Kyutama, and the Pink Eagle Kyutama along with the Seiza blasters and learn about the Kyutamas and the legend connected to them along with how the SPD scientists where able to somehow discover the connection to the Morphing Grid the Kyutama have and the SPD scientists created the Seiza Blasters as a way to interact with the Kyutamas basically like in Kyuranger have the Seiza Blasters serve not only as sidearms but also as the morphers. And somehow our five cadets are the chosen wielders of the five Kyutama that SPD has and must now learn to work together, and become the newest team of Power Rangers with their objectives being find the remaining Kyutama before they get corrupted, recruit those who were chosen and bonded with a Kyutama before the new evil force can trick them, and basically use their new powers, weapons, and zords to defend the universe from the evil force that triggered the Kyutamas' awakening. And like what was suggested basically have the initial team travel to various planets along the way recruiting the Silver, Gold, Green, Yellow, and Aqua Rangers, and defending the universe from evil with eventually the adaption version of Commander Ryou becoming the chosen wielder of the Purple Dragon Kyutama, and the Purple Ranger, with after a few more filler adventures the team of 11 heads to Earth where they discover the main villain and his/her forces are already beginning the invasion and once on the planet aka the final half of the series they discover that someone is fighting back against the main villainous fore and that someone is the Crimson Phoenix Ranger and after a few episodes recruit the Crimson Phoenix Ranger bringing the team up to 12 and beginning the final episodes concluding with the final battle which will have the Red Ranger finally transform into his ultimate power-up state the Red Ranger: Orion Mode. Only thing I haven't figured out is what the name of the Kyurangers adaption/SPD sequel will be, and what the battle cry, and morphing/henshin phrase, and victory phrase after defeating a monster would be.
@@milkallergy8829 A prequel could work if we do the story like the first Mass Effect and basically have it to where Earth due to the events of Mighty Morphing, Zeo, In Space, and Lost Galaxy has just recently entered the Galactic Council and our Red Ranger, and Pink Ranger have entered the SPD Academy as the first two cadets who have Earth as their planet of origin remember our Red Ranger was born in and lived on a Earth-Colony in the Lion Galaxy, and our Pink Ranger is a cyborg basically half-human/half robot, and are basically humanity's ambassadors to the other alien races, and could make for an interesting team dynamic especially with our Red and Blue Rangers, basically have a rivalry at the start due to our Blue Ranger the ancestor to Commander Cruger at first not being to happy that his team leader is a human especially a human who is a bit of a "cowboy who doesn't always follow proper SPD protocol" but over time eventually come to respect each other and see each other as friends and friendly rivals. Our Red Ranger could have a character arc where he has to learn that his "cowboy" antics don't always lead to good results even if he has the best intentions, along with learning that he has to take being a leader seriously. Our Pink Ranger could have a character-arc where centered around overcoming the prejudices she deals with due to being a human/robot hybrid. And our Blue Ranger could have some sort of character arc where his by the book attitude stems from coming from a military background and he learns to "loosen up", and that making mistakes doesn't equal letting his family down. Not sure what could serve as the character arcs for the other rangers.
Idk why they keep using sentai all the time they are so lazy they can create they own rangers Nd story lines with darker scenes but no they wanna do silly sentai

I like the idea of everyone being aliens, but think it'd be interesting if the Red Ranger was a human who somehow gets caught up in this big intergalactic adventure. Feature Earth in only the first and maybe last episodes, but then have him planet-hopping with the rest of the team for the rest of the season. This would help to give us a relatable audience-surrogate. As he learns more about the universe at large, so does the audience.
Here's an idea for an adaptation: go Mass Effect on this season what I mean by that is have it be a planetary alliance between many species and the Power Rangers keep the peace between all the planets and are basically the police force a lot like SPD but then suddenly an ancient threat so old that it's passed into myth shows up it's not just aliens it's so ancient they thought they were fictional aliens and then you have the Rangers fight them going planet to planet saving the various planets inhabitants from this threat and have most of the Rangers being not human whether that be weird makeup different complexion animal ears I'd say like one or two full Monster suits and a few robot suits and then have the red ranger be human because this is going to be taking place way after SPD in which Earth is one of many members of this Alliance.
I would've LOVED to see this season adapted. I think part of the reason it was passed over was because of the toy line. While yes, it would've been an expensive season toy wise. The cost to produce all of those toys would also be high due to one of the things that makes the show unique. They would be looking at having to make a different figure mold for pretty much each ranger due to the suit and not just the helmets distinct for each Ranger.
I would give this season 60 episodes considering the fact that MMPR Season 1 has that number. The amount of characters on screen would account for it since 12 heroes is REALLY huge in scope. I'd give them 30 episodes for each season or just go with the 60 episode formula to go thru each character and really build up the menace of the villains.

One idea I have, in SPD it was shown Sky’s father was wearing a Timeforce suit which lead to a small fan theory the Timeforce morpher lead into the SPD morpher. My idea is the this probable season could be the secret linking season between TF and SPD, showing how aliens began settling on Earth. That’s just my 2 cents.
Hmmm... The SPD Earth branch was developed in 2001 [which is during Time Force] and were already developing the SPD morphers and the accident occurred where Officer Tate gained powers. The SPD Academy was formed in 2015 and went into public with Cruger and Officer Tate finally became a ranger but eventually falls. [The suit was leftovers cause Disney apparently doesn't like some originality in clothing designs to save money...and made everyone confused.] And looking at the timeline: The SPD Academy just formed 2 years before Ninja Steel which took place in 2017-2018 and I'm guessing due to accuracy, Beast Morphers for 2019. But if you're talking about the time span between Time Force as in the organization in the year 3000 and SPD's Earth Branch in 2015...maybe it makes sense...but it's kind of a stretch considering that both Ninja Steel and Beast Morphers shows came out but it's kinda possible. We're in the 2020's, so it's a good place to begin the transfer for aliens living on Earth because we're technically REALLY close to SPD's era in time in the show in 2025!

Hasbro could totally use Kyuranger as a massive "we're not fucking around" message to the fans, kyuranger has the potential to (if done right) rival some of the greatest PR seasons and teams. If they nail it im sure it would remove any doubts in the minds of those who (like myself) distanced themselves from power rangers during the neo saban era
one thing you overlook is the budget problems of the related shows thats 12 priniciple actions Hasbro has to pay That's going to effect the Accouting Departments willingness to adapt it. I mean look at Beast Morphers 4 Prinicpale Actiors 2 Face Villians 7 Face Actors Now look at TOQ 6-7 Principal Actors +Face Villians Zyouger 6-7 Principal Actors +Face Villians And now Kyoryuger 12 Principal Actors +Face Villians Before even factioring in the secondary cast and comenty team or the Face Villains the Prinicipal Actors Budget is literately Double of EVER OTHER SEASON
Where it wont really change too much in terms of cost, there are episodes of Kyuranger where not all the rangers are shown or morphed (Kotaru goes to get formally trained for a while, Champ and Stinger go on an adventure, and then you have the time heist), so Hasbro can get away with having to have a large cast of rangers, but the number of episodes featuring each ranger could be much lower than expected.

7:29 Okay high-key love this idea however if I was to make one small change I wouldn't make the opposing team just any random assortment of rangers, I'd make it SPD and Time Force --likely including some new actors/some veterans if they're down to come back-- Idk but I feel like the so-called galactic saviours being stopped by the LITERAL space/time cops would make for such an "oh crap" moment for those who don't get the twist yet
My ideal Kyuranger adaptation: a spiritual successor to In Space/Lost Galaxy. It would make heavy use of the space element to have the Rangers go to different planets, while having characters from Earth who can audience surrogates for the awe and wonder of traveling through space. And leapfrogging off of Kyuranger, there can be a thematic emphasis on chasing your dreams and the almost Gurren Lagann-like quality of making them a reality (enabled by whatever they'll call the Kyutama). Another theme that will be tackled with some Rangers (Orange, Gold, Houou/Crimson) will be that your past doesn't define you, while Red will eventually tackle that idea from the angle that your parents don't define you. The latter two points can also become a meta-commentary for PR itself, about how a season of PR, while recognizing where it came from, should be free to follow its own path. This series will also follow in the vein of shows like Firefly and put more emphasis on the interactions of the different characters than just them as individuals, using these interactions to highlight their unique viewpoints and talents. It will also focus on how they slowly begin to form a surrogate family which, in true PR fashion, will end up becoming the source of their REAL strength, especially at the end. To be continued...
Part 2: Ranger cast The Red Ranger will be a (supposed) human from Earth. He'll be the audience surrogate a la Leo or Wes, who will also be the centerpiece of the team. Green, Pink, and Yellow will also be humans, but from the colony on Mirinoi, sent away to escape the growing reach of whatever their version of Jark Matter will be. Skyblue/Cyan(?) will also still be a human kid, but introduced later and help to serve as a way to catalyze/highlight Orange's character development, while also redeeming the concept of the kid Ranger that was botched in Turbo by highlighting the realities of their situation and then having him learn from his teammates and mature into a better Ranger. Blue will be a Sirian like Cruger, or maybe a related race of beings who are more dog/wolf than jackal; like in Kyuranger he'll become the best friend of Red and the supportive right hand to keep his spirits up, especially later in the story when things start to get dark. If possible, make Black of the same race as Magna Defender and Zika from LG, who somehow survived their planet's destruction 3000 years ago. Preferably to fit with the original Black/Orange dynamic in Kyu, Orange will be a descendant of Scorpius to create some conflict with Black, and will also be the brother of the series' first real villain. Gold will be a former drone of the Machine Empire who survived and has chosen a less outright evil, more selfish approach to life as a con artist. Silver will be the protege/adopted child of Gold, found as the sole survivor of a planet destroyed by the Machine Empire, and because of being raised by a robot / isolated from other people, is emotionally stunted; their relationship will help to highlight Gold's kinder side and catalyze their transformation into a better person/robot, while also putting emphasis on Silver developing as an individual thanks to the interactions with the other Rangers. Purple will still be a draconid alien like Shou Ronpo, who acts as the team's leader until they start to mesh as a unit and gravitate toward a chosen leader (Red); will also be the bridge between the past and present of the show's story. Houou/Crimson will be the leader of the original iteration of the team, that was destroyed decades ago, and froze themselves to recover from the battle and await the Kyutama selecting a new team; when they first wake up they'll try to assert leadership over the team, but after realizing that this team places their trust in Red as leader, will step back and act more like Red's confidante/adviser. *Note - wherever I use "they", it's because I could see the Ranger being either male or female. This would also help with the badly skewed gender ratio from Kyuranger.
Part 3: Fan service To appeal to older generations of PR fans, the planets the Rangers travel to in their search for the Kyutama and other McGuffins can be lifted straight from PR's past. Besides the previously established planets/races for the non-Earth Rangers, we can return to planets like Onyx, Edenoi, Aquitar, etc. Furthermore, especially as a way to write out the Kyulette and organically split up the team, have them meet some of the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers (out of costume) in an early episode where they learn that being Rangers can/should/is more than just destroying the monsters, but also protecting the civilians. From there on, have the Rangers take advantage of their larger team size to split off during the battles to have one team form the Megazord, while the others deal with trouble on the ground. By going to Aquitar, you COULD ostensibly bring back Billy - IF David Yost is open to it. Have the Rangers involved in some way with KO-35 - we can see the planet after its resettlement and catch up with Andros. And, IF it were possible to get them all together again, have a later episode take place on Mirinoi where this team joins up with the Galaxy Rangers and feature a "passing the torch" scenario where Red inherits the Lights of Orion in the form of the Orion Kyutama; can also have serious personal implications for Green, Pink and Yellow finally being able to see their home again, and even Red in a way that I will not get into here.
COMPLETELY agree. I think Power Rangers needs the care and attention as a Marvel show. These could be at the level of Daredevil. I want incredible action scenes but also deep and meaningful storytelling. And lastly, call it The Zodiac Power Rangers. It'll be the first time since Mighty Morphin that the name is before "Power Rangers", and is basically stating that this is a new era of Power Rangers. If done correctly, Power Rangers could rise to the level of Marvel. It has been around forever and has so much history and potential.
Money people. They are not spending so much on a kids show if it's not gonna give back a profit. Hasbro is taking a risk, and it looks like it's going well. Hopefully they can grow and evolve with Hasbro

Some things that I think should be done with this adaptation should be that we do use the same suits for the non-human rangers as in Kyuranger, but the rangers who were human in the original remain human in the adaptation. Sure they could change maybe one since we got 7 human rangers and 5 non-human rangers. There have also been some people who have talking about having some rangers become female as Kyuranger only has two, but I am against that idea and I think that they should leave the genders for each ranger alone and keep it as 10-male 2-female. If there's anyone who disagrees with me on that, let me point out that by doing that, that could lead to more respect towards the Green and Pink Ranger and being looked upon as being great female members of the team. Now if they were to change the gender of one ranger, I'd say go for Houou Soldier, maybe have JDF's daughter play this ranger. Somebody told me there are rumors that JDF's daughter could play a Red Ranger at some point. As for when I want this series to be adapted, I really hope this is adapted as soon as 2021. I know people think it should be an anniversary team, but the truth is, it should have been the post-anniversary team instead of Beast Morphers. Adapting Kyuranger as soon as possible would make up for that. I don't see Kyuranger as being an anniversary team (In fact, I think Lupin Vs. Patoranger or Ryusoulger should be the 30th anniversary). I want to see a Kyuranger adaptation be announced at the start of next year and that they should either not adapt ToQger or ZyuOhger or save those for a later time. And I'm sure a lot of other people would want Kyuranger adapted immediately after Beast Morphers even if that skips over the other seasons.
Considering the next pr adaption will come on the 30th Anniversary, your pitch for the multiple planets like Sentai 6, KO-35, Mirinoi, etc would be perfect!!! As well as this season’s team of rangers heading to Earth n meeting Earth’s legion of power Rangers.
One of my biggest fears is that the larger cast and scale, crossed with the inevitable comparisons to PRiS and PRLG will make the season underwhelming and the characters underdeveloped
Malinda Flaim Regarding the cast, you'd probably be worried, after many disliked Saban against more original footage for the extra rangers in Dino (Super) Charge, deciding that they instead be given the type of screen time their counterparts had in Kyoryuger.
Actually, I could see that with Champ but I am not sure with Garu. If they do Garu, either one of these two things will happen. If they do Garu-like costume, they would probably modify it like they did with Doggie Kruger or they might give him wolf like powers. Maybe they could make him a werewolf
The plot twist while sounds good in theory is to easy to fail in execution if you don't have well-placed hints of it throughout the season. Also, It really comes off as rather a game of thrones with the civil war arc. It would be best to just stick to a planet-hopping season with a visit to earth for the cross over against a coalition of villains
I heard that, apart from Ryuki, both Faiz and Blade were planned to be aired here... And we have Black RX's adaptation as Masked Rider and a small-but-no-one-hasn't-heard-about-it dubbed of Kabuto. But I would love a Gaim, Ex-Aid or Build series in America!
@@weedleisopcute3626 No. It's an anniversary series with lots of references to previous seasons, thus making an adaptation difficult. It would be better to skip it and adapt an older series. Also I think Gaim, due to its huge cast, could be problematic to adapt too.
Gonna be honest...I wrote a Kyuranger fanfic adaptation. Titled simply "PROJECT: Supernova" in all my documents, the series I created would be much less focused on the dynamic action in space and much MORE focused on the massive cast and interactions between them. The exploration of the universe is much less of a major topic and more like an excuse to hand-wave why certain characters aren't in this episode. "Oh, Silver can't breathe nitrogen, so Green will go in his place." you know, stuff like that. The story goes that a massive military superpower, known as the Dark Matter Empire, basically sprung into existence one day, and was able to overpower almost the entire Milky Way Galaxy. (I like the idea of this series being set in an alternate dimension, like RPM or Dino Charge, so we're running with that.) After decades of Dark Matter ruling over the Milky Way, and humans taking to the stars by the 22nd century, we finally meet our team. A bunch of teenagers from across the universe have been gathered to attend a space academy for warriors. (basically Beacon Academy from _RWBY,_ but in SPACE!!) Of the 9 original team members, seven are given super powerful abilities known as Seiza (say-ZA) in the form of small globes. These globes, called a Power Axis, allows the Seiza Bearers to access the power of the constellations. Who are sentient. Yes...even the one that is *literally just a rock.* Anyway, these teens (who are all named after constellations) are just about to graduate when everything goes awry. The Seiza of _Libra Gold_ is stolen by a robot (our gold Ranger) created by a young man named Ophiuchus (our silver). The Dark Matter Empire follows the trail of one Canis Clawhill (Blue) to the academy, where they find the galactic rebellion sniper, Draconis Thuban, living under the alias of Draco Sienna (Purple). In a panicked frenzy, Draco takes the graduating students, his two assistants Aquila and Taurus (Pink and Black respectively), and his adopted son Scorpio (Orange) and makes a break for it, just in time to see the Empire BLOWING UP THE SCHOOL. One student, Leo (Red), decides he doesn't want to run from this opponent. He wants to fight back. Under Draco's supervision, and Leo's reckless planning, the team sets out to stop the Empire from killing anymore people and ruining anymore lives. Upon leaving for this adventure, the team gains two new members (technically three). Ursa Polaris, a boy genius, and his aggressive Seiza dubbed "Kuma" join the team to help strategize a plan with his old friends, Scorpio and Draco. While travelling across galaxies and teleporting through wormholes, the team plans the wipeout every trace of the Dark Matter Empire, and free the universe from the evil clutches of Emperor Erebus Chronus IV, a full-fledged nutjob with a secret love of showtunes and musical numbers, with a dash of MURDER on the side. The team goes through drastic character arcs throughout the show. After emotional crisis after crisis, Leo becomes aware of his true destiny and becomes the newest heir of the _Orion Rainbow_ Seiza. Scorpio finally accepts the death of his original family when his blood father's ghost comes back to haunt the team as a general of the Empire. Canis becomes the goodest boy he can, learning that there's more than one way to help someone. Libra learns that your past shouldn't define your future, nor does it obligate any gifts for you; you have to earn the gifts life sends you. Taurus learns that true strength comes from protecting the ones you love. The list goes on. All and all, it's a space-centered character drama to show kids how to deal with life's problems first, and a toy commercial second. As most toku shows should be IMO.
Kyuranger was such a breath of fresh air for Super Sentai. I haven’t enjoyed a Super Sentai series in a while. Go-Busters was revisited so I hope Kyuranger will get the same treatment. I think Kyuranger will be perfect for a GoTG-like Power Rangers entry and I’m sure adult fans would appreciate a rag-tag team of rogue space Rangers fighting alien invaders.
With cosmic fury being released as the 30th anniversary, I hopebthey take advantage of the large amount of rangers to give us Doggy Krugar's dad as the blue ranger and Jason as the second red ranger due to the c9lour and similarly to zeo gold's helmet
I just hope that they make the Orion powerup relate to or flat out be the lights of Orion. Imagine the lost galaxy rangers ultimately approving of the Red ranger, after he finally comes to terms with what he’s been doing and what he needs to do next, Ultimately passing on their most important treasure, the lights of Orion, to our red ranger.
This also could be a way to bring kamen rider into Modern Power Rangers. Have the rangers visit Edenoi hear about masked riders who's powers have been sent to earth. Introduce characters like fourze or zi o who have planetary transport systems. Introduce decade as a mysterious rider working for good or evil. YOU HAVE A GOLD MINE!
Actually what if they released some of the Kyutama in blind bags? Cause PR has some blind bags before, so why not trying to make the more sought after kyutama’s as blind bag exclusives? Plus it could lead to more toy sales as kids and collectors LOVE blind bags.
And here are the same issues about adapting Kyuranger I've heard from other channels. Even with your "minimalist" ideas, it would still be impractical to have ALL the Rangers be aliens. Contacts for eyes could/would impede the actors' ability to emote with their eyes (read: Emilia Clarke on Game of Thrones), and PR has had an unfortunate, but mostly well-earned infamy for mediocre acting; they don't need to exacerbate it. And how long will actors be on board with the makeup effects for some of the more comprehensive designs; shooting days would get long either standing around getting body-painted like Zoe Saldana in GotG, or having to wear a big ass prosthetic like John Tui in SPD. And the budget... Most importantly, this premise could alienate the audience because it wouldn't be relatable. How are we going to be able to relate to all of the characters in a big ensemble if we don't understand the cultures they come from, and how is anything going to get done if they're constantly having to explain those cultures? It IS possible, but would require writers of skill traditionally well beyond PR's pay grade. Even in seasons that did tackle that, they still had Rangers from Earth to provide a relatable lens for the audience to experience it. Power Rangers can be "cosmic" without disregarding Earth - just look at Lost Galaxy. We're on Earth for half of the first episode, and after that we never see it again. PS - To preempt any counterpoints to my second point, a "Firefly approach" doesn't work here. Those characters, while having never lived on Earth, were still human and still had some relatable qualities. Second, Firefly was an hour-long show, while PR is half-hour and also has to meet a quota of costumed fights and zord battles. Edited for grammar clean-up.

This series design is based off of the zodiacs, which is interesting I’ll give them that and could give for an interesting series(Star Force, zodiac knights or something) But I have two concerns if they adapt it, one is will they keep all the rangers or just the swords. The last few seasons have left a few out (Dino charge left out the dark Talon ranger(but kept the spinozord) ninja steel left out the green ranger. Finally, are they going to actually be in space or is it just going to be another case of alien invasion, which has become redundantly overused in the last the several seasons, I think the last original idea for villians(b4 beast morphers using evil viruses) was samurai, which used demons, which again has been used in the past. Me personally, I like the sentai Jetman series design and would like to see it get an American adaptation, but the original stock footage is very old and dated, which means they’d have to shoot everything in house and not just use filler shots from Japan, which would get expensive for a kids show
Sentai does it every year. 700k 1.5M is not that much for show witha toyline as extensive as power Rangers the American owers just don't give a crap about this franchise. We should be able to do better then sentai.
I think they should have at least one be human like what ever version of Houou Soldier is in power rangers and could be like an Andros type of character.

In Kyuranger, that’s the first Sentai season to not be in the same universe as all previous seasons. So maybe it might be best to have a similar distinction between the PR adaptation and have Earth be nonexistent to them at least.

Do you guys think it would be a cool idea to have some of the rangers being related to previous characters or being part of the same race of some alien species? While thinking about it, I came up with some examples. - The blue wolf ranger being related/being the son of Anubius Kruger. - The gold and black rangers being remnants of the machine empire or failed attack bots. - The green chameleon ranger being Camille and Jerrod's daughter. (Maybe even as an excuse to bring them back for a cameo appearance or a crossover episode) - The orange scorpion ranger being part of the same race of Scorpius and Trackeena. (This could also justify the presence of his scorpion tail)
This is the version I saw that I thought (based on the way the video was made) was fan fiction. A space theme would be great and I like the idea of never referring to Earth as if this is going on without us. It has a lot of potential. I also like it when parts can be used anywhere. I say the more rangers the better, so twelve would be great. I like your idea that the rangers are all aliens in some way. As you said, they don't have to be full on alien costumes, just makeup effects. Gene Roddenberry believed that makeup could be used make aliens as to keep the basic features of eyes, ears, noses and mouths free of over manipulation and easier for the actors. While Spock only had pointy ears and eyebrows, he was very much alien in appearance. This is another set I'd probably buy. Great video and a great set of videos.
With the way Hasbro is handling Power Rangers, I highly doubt that they'll adapt this into power rangers any time soon if at all. I can't say if it's wasted potential or not, though personally I wouldn't be mad if it wasn't adapted to Powers Rangers (especially how the franchise is being treated).
Although I want to see Zyuohger first, I think Kyuranger needs to be done at some point. One of my ideas for the core team is that Red, Orange, Silver, Green, and Yellow are humans recruited to join a team of intergalactic heroes. For Blue, Gold, and Black, they will be portrayed as extraterrestrials, but they won’t use suits like their counterparts. Blue will be a species with messy hair, a feral posture, pointy ears, and fangs. Gold wears shoulder plates and earrings custom to his tribe. Black is slightly tall and burly, has short, messy hair, and has horns protruding from his head. As for Pink, she will be portrayed as an android with the appearance of a human (kinda like Data from Star Trek, but without pale face paint)

Prince Vaughn, Arroyo, Bennu, and Anubis, land on the moon and Retreat to Earth in hopes of finding the remaining Space Rangers. They look in the old Astro megazord base, but all they can find see-through Globes (Kyutama) and a map of star charts. The whole room is shaken by an attack, the Ecliptrons are here. The rebels go to see the fight, but don't jump in because they are all afraid. All except for Vaughn. But then they see a pair of twins, Olivia and James, fighting the Ecliptrons (Indavers). They get overwhelmed and are almost killed, but then Vaughn steps in to help. The globes start glowing and Vaughn twists his red globe and a Star morpher (Seiza blaster) appears in his arm. The others do the same and they morpher and defeat the first way of Ecliptrons and become the Power Rangers Star Saviors. They let Thorn and RoboBull join the team after seeing them save some people from a monster. The gold and silver come in later and steal their morphers, but join the team once they realize that they have a chance of taking down Patrocidious. Later the Ecliptron army would try to steal the Rangers Powers by offering them the rebel leader, Aristos. Before the Rangers can give up their powers, Aristos breaks free and gets the purple morpher. Mid season, the Crimson Ranger comes in and fights the Rangers. It's revealed the Ecliptrons saved the Crimson Ranger from the Lost Galaxy and promised to help his people if he killed the Rangers. Lai finds out that the Rangers are good people and decides to fight with them. In the final few episodes I would reveal that the main villain is the son of the Red space ranger Andros. Andros wasn't a good father, so his son of ran away and he summoned the evil essence of Dark Specter to help him destroy everything that his father protected. Dark Specter possesses the boy and starts the Ecliptron Empire. In the last episode, the star saviors destroy Dark Specter once and for all and they put Andros’s son in a special prison designed for enemies of the Morphin Grid who can be rehabilitated or are too dangerous for regular prison. And in the end, King Aristos becomes ruler of the universe and ushers in an era of peace.
I would honestly prefer to see a more honest adaptation than we have seen in the past. Something like it has been attempted before in past PR series but with some details left out that bring up more questions than answers (Mystic Force and Samurai being the PR series that almost adapted plot points straight from the Sentai counterparts but failed by leaving out some things) Dino Charge and Ninja Steel both established alternate dimensions for the PR franchise (I will assume the same for Beast Morphers but I haven't seen it yet) and Kyuranger already establishes that it is in a different dimension than the other Sentai (Seen with the Dekaranger crossover). This dimension could be one that was devoid of the early Power Rangers we already know about and the Universe is already almost under complete control of the evil organization. A resistance force, chosen by the stars, rises up in opposition to the organization controlling the cosmos. Character traits could be similar as well as their introductions (perhaps making Naga an android to give more reason for the lack of, or unfamiliarity to, emotions). I only ask for a more honest adaptation of the Sentai plot because so far its the best idea for a PR adaptation that I can come up with, this would also give Hasbro their chance to try their hand at faithful adaptation as Saban did with TimeForce (and Samurai as Neo-Saban) and Disney did with Mystic Force.
Think they could go the opposite direction too. Instead of having this series take place in some alternate world depraved of rangers, it could take place in the same world as MMPR and expand the lore of the morphin grid’s origins and the alien civilizations. They could also maybe make some correlation between the creation of this new team and planets that have had power rangers in them (like the ones from Aquitar or the other legendary alien teams from Super Megaforce). The story could still take place in a galaxy that is mostly conquered by an evil intergalactic empire, but I feel that there is more story potential if they build upon established ranger lore instead of making it out of scratch for a separate verse. I mean, there already was an evil galactic empire that that had taken over a whole galaxy (namely the M51 Galaxy ruled by Master Vile), and well, we never really know what has happened to it. It’s assumed they were purified by the end of PR: In Space, but if we will have another space season (and one that involves multiple galaxies at that), they could very easily include them somehow. It would also give enough room for cameos and crossovers with the previous power rangers without needing some convoluted explanation to make sense.
I worry about adapting the Kyuranger due to the sheer amount of rangers on the team. I saw Kyuranger, and noticed that only certain rangers were getting an emphasis. My fear is the same thing will happen if it's adapted into Power Rangers. Red and Orange might get character development but the other colors won't. That's something that I think would drive Power Ranger fans, nuts. Fans like emphasis on every ranger, and that's something Kyuranger didn't do. Green, Yellow, Black, Blue and Pink were pushed aside almost to the point where they were forgotten about. Silver got a little bit of attention but when Silver is getting focus, the other rangers aren't. The only thing I'd see is each ranger would get one focus episode and that's it. The rest of the team seems pretty empty. I can understand why Ryusoulger was picked next for adaptation is because there are six rangers to choose from, not nine, soon to be twelve,
With cosmic fury coming later in the fall, I think that Hasbro will still use the legendary rangers idea, but with original suits for the main team, because that’s actually what they’re doing. For the “cosmic globes“ they’ll probably just be released with the robots, instead of with the Ranger figures. probably because the Ranger figures could potentially get bumped up to lightning collection levels of articulation with double jointed elbows and everything that you would expect from those figures.
I wish they actually adapted this one, even though I don't watch PR anymore. Would've been another badass space theme, especially since we haven't gotten one in 20+ years (the year they made Lost Galaxy).
I love your ideas. I think this season and the entire power rangers franchise would be better if they leave Nickelodeon and go back to ABC channel or go to Netflix. They would have more freedom to produce a quality storyline.
Honestly, I think this would b the greatest potential next adaption for the show since it fits so well with what Hasbro is trying to do with the franchise. “Beast Morpheus” is already turning out solid so far and if it continues its quality and success overall with the fandom, I can see then wanting to go all out with a space themed season with a massive universe setting and intergalactic storyline. ToQGer wouldn’t translate well since trains are so much more popular in Japan than here and Zyuogher is both an animal based/anniversary season which I think after “Beast Morphers”, they won’t do. Kyuranger just seems like our best bet by being able acknowledge the show’s history throughout the adaption while being its own world building story. The aesthetic fits so perfectly with Transformers as well with the unique suits, universe voyage and zords that can travel through space effortlessly. They can also do so much more story wise with this concept than even “In Space” or “Lost Galaxy” by not having to push the budget to its limits to make the story work since its already a spaced themed Sentai. Let’s all hope by this next year we get confirmation!!
An idea I've had for adapting Kyuranger (story wise anyway) is that the season could open on Eltar being attacked by a group finding out that the morphing grid originated from there and conquered, there by having all of the previous seasons rangers lose their powers. Once morphing grid is destroyed all of the previous rangers feel a massive loss of energy before their morphers start malfunctioning. Once that starts happening it would cut to Grid Battleforce and Coral Harbor slowly losing power, confused as to what's going on with the morphing grid, right as Wes and Tommy appear before the Beast Morphers team to explain the situation and that they're recruiting rangers from all across time, space, and dimensions to help save Eltar (having their be 3 different rangers from each of the 4 era's power rangers has went through currently, that is if this were to be adapted after Tqr and Zyuohger). Right as their about to leave however, Wes receives a message from the rest of the year 3000 and a brief case containing the Kyutamas and the 12 morphers renamed to Grid Spheres (each of which acts like a minturar morphing grid that can only support one ranger and their zords). The episode would end with Tommy, Wes, and the Beast Morphers team placing out the call for any all available rangers to join them to save Eltar and the universe from this new threat.
I was thinking on how "Kamen 5" could be a good way to introduce a Kamen Rider adaptation. I'd use Build in this case. Have them arrive on the planet and run into Evolt and barely drive him off. (And this could replace Mars in a Build adaptation.)
I think if they adapt Kyuranger and still have to do the Nickelodeon programming which includes 1 Halloween episode and 1 Christmas episode (per season) they could take advantage of the fact that the Rangers are aliens who know about/don't celebrate Christmas/Halloween. And one of the Rangers (probably Red) could be human or just knows more about human holidays. It would be a very interesting way to make holiday episodes if we still needed to make them. Also: if all the Rangers are from different planets, and those planets move at different rates, then they have different lengths of year and different time references (in the real world, days on Jupiter-Neptune are shorter than an Earth day, and on Mercury and Venus a day is much longer, and on Mars a day is only slightly longer than it is on Earth.) so they could make reference to that whenever they go to a new planet and here it's daytime but at the last planet we were on it was nighttime when we left and it's still nighttime. Like timezones but with planets instead

I just had a crazy idea, regarding To-Qger. The toyline has a bunch of Ressias that are based off of previous Red Ranger's zords; Go-Onger, Shinkinger, Goseiger, Gokaiger, Go-Busters & Kyuruger, respectively. Do you think Hasbro could apply this to the potential Power Ranger season?
I think that there's a big possibility that they could be an aspect of the toy line as it's a nice way to boost sales but also provide interesting gimmicks for others to buy. However we don't know for sure because we only ever see the Kyoryuger Ressha in the Kamen Rider crossover movie, so even if they were in the toy line we would probably never see them in the show
In my mind the trickiest part of this is the huge cast. Handling 12 rangers is ALOT to ask a company that has only just recently acquired the brand. The reason why I think they did Beast Morphers first was because that only consists of five rangers to keep track of. I don't think this one will be the second one they do either, I think they'll want to try their hand at juggling a standard five person team at the start with one or two extra rangers coming in later. This is the smartest thing to do in my opinion, making sure they know what their doing before tackling a big project like Kyuranger is really important. I love Dino Charge very much but it was obvious Judd Lynn had a bit of trouble juggling every ranger during that series and he's a Power Rangers Veteran. I know people want this done now and trust me I do too it looks really cool, but I also want this done RIGHT I don't think anyone would truly want Hasbro to rush into something like this with Beast Morphers as their only experience working on Power Rangers right now. Plus right now we're still dealing with Nicklodeon too, Kyuranger shouldn't be on the table until Nickelodeon's at least done two more series for Power Ranger but that's how I see things. Maybe they announce it after season 2 of Beast Morhphers and find a way to make it really work. I'd love to be wrong here.

I did an adaption of Kyuranger set on Mirinoi. It was deeply rooted in the past seasons, SPD plays a big role, and the Troobians return as the Troobian Authority. The adaption centers on Styles Moorecraft (Ryu Commander), the only living SPD officer on a war torn Mirinoi. With the help of his ancestor Karone's spirit, he accesses the Star Forge and harnesses the raw energies of the cosmos in the form of Power Spheres, each packed with the energy of an entire galaxy. The themes of the adaption were how trauma affects us, and how we try to rebuild our sense of normality when nothing normal is left around us. Styles learns to let go of his ex-wife (Modoka), and the other Guardians (Kyurangers) learn that tragedy makes you stronger. It also makes use of all of the suit footage, and adds in an American villainess that calls into question "Where the hell is Time Force?!" I like your ideas about staying off of Earth. It's packed with Power Rangers. Power Rangers: Star Forge Guardians is set 200 years after the SPD's fight with Omni, and I still don't want to go to Earth with it. There's 12 worlds in the Power Ranger mythos, all perfect for a 50 episode season.
Tbh, I was thinking Lupinranger vs Patranger would make good anniversary season as well. Since the only notable team up is VS Kyuranger, they could do something like Wild Force where Green and Pink come back for a female ranger team up.
Well I PERSONALLY think Zyuohger Should be the next adapted Power Rangers series after Beast Morphers in 2021/2022 maybe & here's how I see it, Formal Red Ranger Jason Lee Scott (Austin) now a professor on Zoology living in a peaceful life, until an evil alien attack him & Jason morphs into the Whale Ranger, defeats him & blast him into space. a year later more alien invaders attacks Earth, Jason recruits 5 of his young students to be the next generation of Power Rangers with the power of animal DNA.
This MIGHT be a weird question, but why have we been skipping certain Sentai seasons for the past few years? I mean, from ZyuRanger to Gokaiger, Power Rangers adapted them in order; so how come America went from Kyoryuger to Ninninger and go backwards into Go-Busters? Again, I'm only asking because, apart from the old seasons like Goranger to Jetman, America localized the Sentai seasons until Gokaiger/Super Megaforce... ...I'm just really confused at localization, that's all really...
Not a weird question at all, don't worry. I made a video wondering why we skipped the seasons if you want to check that out (it's a bit outdate though. I think it's largely due to how different the seasons were compared to other seasons of Power Rangers and the fact that toy sales wouldn't really be that big. However this difference was what made Hasbro go back and adapt Go-Busters and it's probably what will lead to the others getting adapted
Technically only one of these seasons was skipped. That would be ToQger which aired between Kyoryuuger(dinocharge) and Ninninger(Ninja steel) Since Zyuohger aired after Ninin, and thne Kyu, followed by LVP those 3 have not been skipped yet. SKIP implies you bypassed it like how Dairanger- kinda got skipped, but certainly how GB was skipped over initially in favor of making Dinocharge, and how Toqger was skipped in favor of making Ninjasteel. Since the other 3 came out after Ninnin they have not yet been skipped. Just figured i'd point out the technicality there. It is inevitable that we will will either have to skip a series or two, or remain a few years behind thanks to the nick contract. After all originally we were riding the coattails of sentai. Series airs in JP- next year it becomes PR. Then RPM came to a close and Disney went back to re-mastering MMPR resulting in an extra year gap. When Saban got their hands on it again we were now 2 years behind instead of 1, but since the only station willing to give them a chance had an insane 20+2 per year clause it set us back even further. Megaforce/SMF was an attempt to lessen that gap and it could of been handled rather well sadly it fell flat in my opinion. Right now we are looking at being at least 5 if not 6 series behind by time the 3 year extension expires. There is a chance they might choose Ryusoul over the other 4 just because we all know dinosaurs sell really well.
If Hasbro does the planet hopping idea, think they should make at least one reference to Cybertron and some of the other Transformers planets, I think there`s a possibility to it being able to add more planets, hell they don`t even have to mention the actual Transformers characters by name (I`m only saying this because I want damn Transformers reference at least *somewhere* in the Hasbro era of Power Rangers)
What I like about Kyuranger is that they have literally every since power ranger color once Lucky becomes Red Orion (White). That's never been done before. That on top of that are their unique costumes. Kyuranger really does hit all the marks when it comes to an aesthetically pleasing ranger team!

Either here or Zenkaiger would be best explain about the legendary power never before seen on earth since in Zenkaiger, there is a character name Stacey who summon power rangers like Diend summoning kamen rider. So far, his threat level is pretty low and they are planning to redeem him. In power rangers, they can explain that because of him, the legendary rangers got defeated and can't join the power ranger series since they are trap in the gear like a trophy that the hunter have. This show that this Stacey is deadly and treat his bussiness like a sick game.

I would say go full on anniversary season. Have the member lost in space and as they assemble the team come across the other space based rangers and locations like Aquatar, KO35, Mirinoi and the Lost Galaxy, and even could visit Eltar and find out about the origins of the Power Rangers as well as the morphing grid. Hell, they could tie even more together and have the finale on earth like you said, but then as a result of that battle have the Earth open it's doors to the various alien races and lay the ground work for SPD (considering that one of the rangers is a wolf alien. they could easily modify that character to be Sirian, Cruger's race).
Pretty much we all want Kyuranger to be the 30th anniversary adaption.

@@milkallergy8829 Well the Kyuranger powers come from the Kyutamas mystical spheres connected to various constellations meaning they won't be destroyed simply go inactive when the Power Rangers' duty of defending the universe from evil that triggered their awakening process is defeating and the team of rangers that used them give them up and the process starts all over again with the Kyutamas beginning to awaken after the 1000+ period of peace is up and a major evil force threatens the universe in order for a new team of rangers to appear to use the power of the Kyutamas to protect the universe from evil, so you could say that the scientists working for SPD/Galactic Alliance found some of the Kyutamas and in trying to figure out what powers them aka their potential connection to the Morphing Grid and discovered the legend of how every 1000+ years when evil threatens the universe the Kyutamas begin their awakening process basically signaling the time has come for their chosen wielders to use them as Power Rangers and defend the entire universe from whatever this evil force threatening the universe is and yes the Power Rangers are those chosen by the Kyutamas.
And this was my idea for a Kyuranger adaption basically have it be a sequel to SPD to where it's far into the future to where Earth is part of a Mass Effect Galactic Alliance that also consists of allied planets like Eltar, Aquatar, Triforia, Mirinoid, Sirius, KO35, and various other friendly planets within the Power Rangers mythos meaning there's now a SPD Academy up in space and five of those Cadets a human male from a Earth colony in the Lion Galaxy, a male Sirian possibly a descendant of Commander Cruger, either a male or female member of that humanoid Scorpion Race from Kyuranger, a male member of that Minotaur-esque race from Kyuranger, and a female human cyborg during an attack on the academy meet up with this adaption's counterpart to Commander Ryou, and one of the lead scientists and are shown the Kyutamas that are in the possession of SPD those being the Red Lion Kyutama, the Blue Wolf Kyutama, the Orange Scorpion Kyutama, the Black Bull Kyutama, and the Pink Eagle Kyutama along with the Seiza blasters and learn about the Kyutamas and the legend connected to them along with how the SPD scientists where able to somehow discover the connection to the Morphing Grid the Kyutama have and the SPD scientists created the Seiza Blasters as a way to interact with the Kyutamas basically like in Kyuranger have the Seiza Blasters serve not only as sidearms but also as the morphers. And somehow our five cadets are the chosen wielders of the five Kyutama that SPD has and must now learn to work together, and become the newest team of Power Rangers with their objectives being find the remaining Kyutama before they get corrupted, recruit those who were chosen and bonded with a Kyutama before the new evil force can trick them, and basically use their new powers, weapons, and zords to defend the universe from the evil force that triggered the Kyutamas' awakening. And like what was suggested basically have the initial team travel to various planets along the way recruiting the Silver, Gold, Green, Yellow, and Aqua Rangers, and defending the universe from evil with eventually the adaption version of Commander Ryou becoming the chosen wielder of the Purple Dragon Kyutama, and the Purple Ranger, with after a few more filler adventures the team of 11 heads to Earth where they discover the main villain and his/her forces are already beginning the invasion and once on the planet aka the final half of the series they discover that someone is fighting back against the main villainous fore and that someone is the Crimson Phoenix Ranger and after a few episodes recruit the Crimson Phoenix Ranger bringing the team up to 12 and beginning the final episodes concluding with the final battle which will have the Red Ranger finally transform into his ultimate power-up state the Red Ranger: Orion Mode.
Only thing I haven't figured out is what the name of the Kyurangers adaption/SPD sequel will be, and what the battle cry, and morphing/henshin phrase, and victory phrase after defeating a monster would be.

@@milkallergy8829 A prequel could work if we do the story like the first Mass Effect and basically have it to where Earth due to the events of Mighty Morphing, Zeo, In Space, and Lost Galaxy has just recently entered the Galactic Council and our Red Ranger, and Pink Ranger have entered the SPD Academy as the first two cadets who have Earth as their planet of origin remember our Red Ranger was born in and lived on a Earth-Colony in the Lion Galaxy, and our Pink Ranger is a cyborg basically half-human/half robot, and are basically humanity's ambassadors to the other alien races, and could make for an interesting team dynamic especially with our Red and Blue Rangers, basically have a rivalry at the start due to our Blue Ranger the ancestor to Commander Cruger at first not being to happy that his team leader is a human especially a human who is a bit of a "cowboy who doesn't always follow proper SPD protocol" but over time eventually come to respect each other and see each other as friends and friendly rivals. Our Red Ranger could have a character arc where he has to learn that his "cowboy" antics don't always lead to good results even if he has the best intentions, along with learning that he has to take being a leader seriously. Our Pink Ranger could have a character-arc where centered around overcoming the prejudices she deals with due to being a human/robot hybrid. And our Blue Ranger could have some sort of character arc where his by the book attitude stems from coming from a military background and he learns to "loosen up", and that making mistakes doesn't equal letting his family down. Not sure what could serve as the character arcs for the other rangers.

I like the idea of everyone being aliens, but think it'd be interesting if the Red Ranger was a human who somehow gets caught up in this big intergalactic adventure. Feature Earth in only the first and maybe last episodes, but then have him planet-hopping with the rest of the team for the rest of the season. This would help to give us a relatable audience-surrogate. As he learns more about the universe at large, so does the audience.
Here's an idea for an adaptation: go Mass Effect on this season what I mean by that is have it be a planetary alliance between many species and the Power Rangers keep the peace between all the planets and are basically the police force a lot like SPD but then suddenly an ancient threat so old that it's passed into myth shows up it's not just aliens it's so ancient they thought they were fictional aliens and then you have the Rangers fight them going planet to planet saving the various planets inhabitants from this threat and have most of the Rangers being not human whether that be weird makeup different complexion animal ears I'd say like one or two full Monster suits and a few robot suits and then have the red ranger be human because this is going to be taking place way after SPD in which Earth is one of many members of this Alliance.

I would've LOVED to see this season adapted. I think part of the reason it was passed over was because of the toy line. While yes, it would've been an expensive season toy wise. The cost to produce all of those toys would also be high due to one of the things that makes the show unique. They would be looking at having to make a different figure mold for pretty much each ranger due to the suit and not just the helmets distinct for each Ranger.

I would give this season 60 episodes considering the fact that MMPR Season 1 has that number. The amount of characters on screen would account for it since 12 heroes is REALLY huge in scope. I'd give them 30 episodes for each season or just go with the 60 episode formula to go thru each character and really build up the menace of the villains.

One idea I have, in SPD it was shown Sky’s father was wearing a Timeforce suit which lead to a small fan theory the Timeforce morpher lead into the SPD morpher.
My idea is the this probable season could be the secret linking season between TF and SPD, showing how aliens began settling on Earth.

The SPD Earth branch was developed in 2001 [which is during Time Force] and were already developing the SPD morphers and the accident occurred where Officer Tate gained powers.
The SPD Academy was formed in 2015 and went into public with Cruger and Officer Tate finally became a ranger but eventually falls. [The suit was leftovers cause Disney apparently doesn't like some originality in clothing designs to save money...and made everyone confused.]
And looking at the timeline: The SPD Academy just formed 2 years before Ninja Steel which took place in 2017-2018 and I'm guessing due to accuracy, Beast Morphers for 2019.
But if you're talking about the time span between Time Force as in the organization in the year 3000 and SPD's Earth Branch in 2015...maybe it makes sense...but it's kind of a stretch considering that both Ninja Steel and Beast Morphers shows came out but it's kinda possible.
We're in the 2020's, so it's a good place to begin the transfer for aliens living on Earth because we're technically REALLY close to SPD's era in time in the show in 2025!

Hasbro could totally use Kyuranger as a massive "we're not fucking around" message to the fans, kyuranger has the potential to (if done right) rival some of the greatest PR seasons and teams. If they nail it im sure it would remove any doubts in the minds of those who (like myself) distanced themselves from power rangers during the neo saban era

Where it wont really change too much in terms of cost, there are episodes of Kyuranger where not all the rangers are shown or morphed (Kotaru goes to get formally trained for a while, Champ and Stinger go on an adventure, and then you have the time heist), so Hasbro can get away with having to have a large cast of rangers, but the number of episodes featuring each ranger could be much lower than expected.

My ideal Kyuranger adaptation: a spiritual successor to In Space/Lost Galaxy. It would make heavy use of the space element to have the Rangers go to different planets, while having characters from Earth who can audience surrogates for the awe and wonder of traveling through space. And leapfrogging off of Kyuranger, there can be a thematic emphasis on chasing your dreams and the almost Gurren Lagann-like quality of making them a reality (enabled by whatever they'll call the Kyutama). Another theme that will be tackled with some Rangers (Orange, Gold, Houou/Crimson) will be that your past doesn't define you, while Red will eventually tackle that idea from the angle that your parents don't define you. The latter two points can also become a meta-commentary for PR itself, about how a season of PR, while recognizing where it came from, should be free to follow its own path.
This series will also follow in the vein of shows like Firefly and put more emphasis on the interactions of the different characters than just them as individuals, using these interactions to highlight their unique viewpoints and talents. It will also focus on how they slowly begin to form a surrogate family which, in true PR fashion, will end up becoming the source of their REAL strength, especially at the end.

Part 2: Ranger cast
The Red Ranger will be a (supposed) human from Earth. He'll be the audience surrogate a la Leo or Wes, who will also be the centerpiece of the team. Green, Pink, and Yellow will also be humans, but from the colony on Mirinoi, sent away to escape the growing reach of whatever their version of Jark Matter will be. Skyblue/Cyan(?) will also still be a human kid, but introduced later and help to serve as a way to catalyze/highlight Orange's character development, while also redeeming the concept of the kid Ranger that was botched in Turbo by highlighting the realities of their situation and then having him learn from his teammates and mature into a better Ranger.
Blue will be a Sirian like Cruger, or maybe a related race of beings who are more dog/wolf than jackal; like in Kyuranger he'll become the best friend of Red and the supportive right hand to keep his spirits up, especially later in the story when things start to get dark. If possible, make Black of the same race as Magna Defender and Zika from LG, who somehow survived their planet's destruction 3000 years ago. Preferably to fit with the original Black/Orange dynamic in Kyu, Orange will be a descendant of Scorpius to create some conflict with Black, and will also be the brother of the series' first real villain. Gold will be a former drone of the Machine Empire who survived and has chosen a less outright evil, more selfish approach to life as a con artist. Silver will be the protege/adopted child of Gold, found as the sole survivor of a planet destroyed by the Machine Empire, and because of being raised by a robot / isolated from other people, is emotionally stunted; their relationship will help to highlight Gold's kinder side and catalyze their transformation into a better person/robot, while also putting emphasis on Silver developing as an individual thanks to the interactions with the other Rangers.
Purple will still be a draconid alien like Shou Ronpo, who acts as the team's leader until they start to mesh as a unit and gravitate toward a chosen leader (Red); will also be the bridge between the past and present of the show's story. Houou/Crimson will be the leader of the original iteration of the team, that was destroyed decades ago, and froze themselves to recover from the battle and await the Kyutama selecting a new team; when they first wake up they'll try to assert leadership over the team, but after realizing that this team places their trust in Red as leader, will step back and act more like Red's confidante/adviser.
*Note - wherever I use "they", it's because I could see the Ranger being either male or female. This would also help with the badly skewed gender ratio from Kyuranger.
Part 3: Fan service
To appeal to older generations of PR fans, the planets the Rangers travel to in their search for the Kyutama and other McGuffins can be lifted straight from PR's past. Besides the previously established planets/races for the non-Earth Rangers, we can return to planets like Onyx, Edenoi, Aquitar, etc.
Furthermore, especially as a way to write out the Kyulette and organically split up the team, have them meet some of the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers (out of costume) in an early episode where they learn that being Rangers can/should/is more than just destroying the monsters, but also protecting the civilians. From there on, have the Rangers take advantage of their larger team size to split off during the battles to have one team form the Megazord, while the others deal with trouble on the ground.
By going to Aquitar, you COULD ostensibly bring back Billy - IF David Yost is open to it.
Have the Rangers involved in some way with KO-35 - we can see the planet after its resettlement and catch up with Andros.
And, IF it were possible to get them all together again, have a later episode take place on Mirinoi where this team joins up with the Galaxy Rangers and feature a "passing the torch" scenario where Red inherits the Lights of Orion in the form of the Orion Kyutama; can also have serious personal implications for Green, Pink and Yellow finally being able to see their home again, and even Red in a way that I will not get into here.

COMPLETELY agree. I think Power Rangers needs the care and attention as a Marvel show. These could be at the level of Daredevil. I want incredible action scenes but also deep and meaningful storytelling. And lastly, call it The Zodiac Power Rangers. It'll be the first time since Mighty Morphin that the name is before "Power Rangers", and is basically stating that this is a new era of Power Rangers.
If done correctly, Power Rangers could rise to the level of Marvel. It has been around forever and has so much history and potential.
Money people. They are not spending so much on a kids show if it's not gonna give back a profit. Hasbro is taking a risk, and it looks like it's going well. Hopefully they can grow and evolve with Hasbro

Some things that I think should be done with this adaptation should be that we do use the same suits for the non-human rangers as in Kyuranger, but the rangers who were human in the original remain human in the adaptation. Sure they could change maybe one since we got 7 human rangers and 5 non-human rangers. There have also been some people who have talking about having some rangers become female as Kyuranger only has two, but I am against that idea and I think that they should leave the genders for each ranger alone and keep it as 10-male 2-female. If there's anyone who disagrees with me on that, let me point out that by doing that, that could lead to more respect towards the Green and Pink Ranger and being looked upon as being great female members of the team. Now if they were to change the gender of one ranger, I'd say go for Houou Soldier, maybe have JDF's daughter play this ranger. Somebody told me there are rumors that JDF's daughter could play a Red Ranger at some point. As for when I want this series to be adapted, I really hope this is adapted as soon as 2021. I know people think it should be an anniversary team, but the truth is, it should have been the post-anniversary team instead of Beast Morphers. Adapting Kyuranger as soon as possible would make up for that. I don't see Kyuranger as being an anniversary team (In fact, I think Lupin Vs. Patoranger or Ryusoulger should be the 30th anniversary). I want to see a Kyuranger adaptation be announced at the start of next year and that they should either not adapt ToQger or ZyuOhger or save those for a later time. And I'm sure a lot of other people would want Kyuranger adapted immediately after Beast Morphers even if that skips over the other seasons.

One of my biggest fears is that the larger cast and scale, crossed with the inevitable comparisons to PRiS and PRLG will make the season underwhelming and the characters underdeveloped

The plot twist while sounds good in theory is to easy to fail in execution if you don't have well-placed hints of it throughout the season. Also, It really comes off as rather a game of thrones with the civil war arc. It would be best to just stick to a planet-hopping season with a visit to earth for the cross over against a coalition of villains

Gonna be honest...I wrote a Kyuranger fanfic adaptation. Titled simply "PROJECT: Supernova" in all my documents, the series I created would be much less focused on the dynamic action in space and much MORE focused on the massive cast and interactions between them. The exploration of the universe is much less of a major topic and more like an excuse to hand-wave why certain characters aren't in this episode. "Oh, Silver can't breathe nitrogen, so Green will go in his place." you know, stuff like that.
The story goes that a massive military superpower, known as the Dark Matter Empire, basically sprung into existence one day, and was able to overpower almost the entire Milky Way Galaxy. (I like the idea of this series being set in an alternate dimension, like RPM or Dino Charge, so we're running with that.) After decades of Dark Matter ruling over the Milky Way, and humans taking to the stars by the 22nd century, we finally meet our team. A bunch of teenagers from across the universe have been gathered to attend a space academy for warriors. (basically Beacon Academy from _RWBY,_ but in SPACE!!) Of the 9 original team members, seven are given super powerful abilities known as Seiza (say-ZA) in the form of small globes. These globes, called a Power Axis, allows the Seiza Bearers to access the power of the constellations. Who are sentient. Yes...even the one that is *literally just a rock.* Anyway, these teens (who are all named after constellations) are just about to graduate when everything goes awry. The Seiza of _Libra Gold_ is stolen by a robot (our gold Ranger) created by a young man named Ophiuchus (our silver). The Dark Matter Empire follows the trail of one Canis Clawhill (Blue) to the academy, where they find the galactic rebellion sniper, Draconis Thuban, living under the alias of Draco Sienna (Purple). In a panicked frenzy, Draco takes the graduating students, his two assistants Aquila and Taurus (Pink and Black respectively), and his adopted son Scorpio (Orange) and makes a break for it, just in time to see the Empire BLOWING UP THE SCHOOL. One student, Leo (Red), decides he doesn't want to run from this opponent. He wants to fight back. Under Draco's supervision, and Leo's reckless planning, the team sets out to stop the Empire from killing anymore people and ruining anymore lives. Upon leaving for this adventure, the team gains two new members (technically three). Ursa Polaris, a boy genius, and his aggressive Seiza dubbed "Kuma" join the team to help strategize a plan with his old friends, Scorpio and Draco. Jason "Phoenix" Argos joins the team when he realizes he was sent over 30 years into the future to find a way to stop the Empire and save his doomed star system. In addition, Draco reawakens his Seiza, the fantasical _Draco Violet,_ and joins the ground team on occassion. Scorpio finally accepts the death of his original family when his blood father's ghost comes back to haunt the team as a general of the Empire. Canis becomes the goodest boy he can, learning that there's more than one way to help someone. Libra learns that your past shouldn't define your future, nor does it obligate any gifts for you; you have to earn the gifts life sends you. Taurus learns that true strength comes from protecting the ones you love. The list goes on. All and all, it's a space-centered character drama to show kids how to deal with life's problems first, and a toy commercial second. As most toku shows should be IMO.

I just hope that they make the Orion powerup relate to or flat out be the lights of Orion. Imagine the lost galaxy rangers ultimately approving of the Red ranger, after he finally comes to terms with what he’s been doing and what he needs to do next, Ultimately passing on their most important treasure, the lights of Orion, to our red ranger.
Looking forward to seeing more how could Sentai be adapted. The possibilities are many, and lots to explore.

And here are the same issues about adapting Kyuranger I've heard from other channels. Even with your "minimalist" ideas, it would still be impractical to have ALL the Rangers be aliens. Contacts for eyes could/would impede the actors' ability to emote with their eyes (read: Emilia Clarke on Game of Thrones), and PR has had an unfortunate, but mostly well-earned infamy for mediocre acting; they don't need to exacerbate it. And how long will actors be on board with the makeup effects for some of the more comprehensive designs; shooting days would get long either standing around getting body-painted like Zoe Saldana in GotG, or having to wear a big ass prosthetic like John Tui in SPD. And the budget...
Most importantly, this premise could alienate the audience because it wouldn't be relatable. How are we going to be able to relate to all of the characters in a big ensemble if we don't understand the cultures they come from, and how is anything going to get done if they're constantly having to explain those cultures? It IS possible, but would require writers of skill traditionally well beyond PR's pay grade. Even in seasons that did tackle that, they still had Rangers from Earth to provide a relatable lens for the audience to experience it.
Power Rangers can be "cosmic" without disregarding Earth - just look at Lost Galaxy. We're on Earth for half of the first episode, and after that we never see it again.
PS - To preempt any counterpoints to my second point, a "Firefly approach" doesn't work here. Those characters, while having never lived on Earth, were still human and still had some relatable qualities. Second, Firefly was an hour-long show, while PR is half-hour and also has to meet a quota of costumed fights and zord battles.

This series design is based off of the zodiacs, which is interesting I’ll give them that and could give for an interesting series(Star Force, zodiac knights or something) But I have two concerns if they adapt it, one is will they keep all the rangers or just the swords. The last few seasons have left a few out (Dino charge left out the dark Talon ranger(but kept the spinozord) ninja steel left out the green ranger. Finally, are they going to actually be in space or is it just going to be another case of alien invasion, which has become redundantly overused in the last the several seasons, I think the last original idea for villians(b4 beast morphers using evil viruses) was samurai, which used demons, which again has been used in the past. Me personally, I like the sentai Jetman series design and would like to see it get an American adaptation, but the original stock footage is very old and dated, which means they’d have to shoot everything in house and not just use filler shots from Japan, which would get expensive for a kids show
Sentai does it every year. 700k 1.5M is not that much for show witha toyline as extensive as power Rangers the American owers just don't give a crap about this franchise. We should be able to do better then sentai.

In Kyuranger, that’s the first Sentai season to not be in the same universe as all previous seasons. So maybe it might be best to have a similar distinction between the PR adaptation and have Earth be nonexistent to them at least.

Do you guys think it would be a cool idea to have some of the rangers being related to previous characters or being part of the same race of some alien species?
While thinking about it, I came up with some examples.
- The blue wolf ranger being related/being the son of Anubius Kruger.
- The gold and black rangers being remnants of the machine empire or failed attack bots.
- The green chameleon ranger being Camille and Jerrod's daughter. (Maybe even as an excuse to bring them back for a cameo appearance or a crossover episode)
- The orange scorpion ranger being part of the same race of Scorpius and Trackeena. (This could also justify the presence of his scorpion tail)
This is the version I saw that I thought (based on the way the video was made) was fan fiction. A space theme would be great and I like the idea of never referring to Earth as if this is going on without us. It has a lot of potential. I also like it when parts can be used anywhere. I say the more rangers the better, so twelve would be great. I like your idea that the rangers are all aliens in some way. As you said, they don't have to be full on alien costumes, just makeup effects. Gene Roddenberry believed that makeup could be used make aliens as to keep the basic features of eyes, ears, noses and mouths free of over manipulation and easier for the actors. While Spock only had pointy ears and eyebrows, he was very much alien in appearance. This is another set I'd probably buy. Great video and a great set of videos.
With the way Hasbro is handling Power Rangers, I highly doubt that they'll adapt this into power rangers any time soon if at all. I can't say if it's wasted potential or not, though personally I wouldn't be mad if it wasn't adapted to Powers Rangers (especially how the franchise is being treated).
Although I want to see Zyuohger first, I think Kyuranger needs to be done at some point. One of my ideas for the core team is that Red, Orange, Silver, Green, and Yellow are humans recruited to join a team of intergalactic heroes. For Blue, Gold, and Black, they will be portrayed as extraterrestrials, but they won’t use suits like their counterparts. Blue will be a species with messy hair, a feral posture, pointy ears, and fangs. Gold wears shoulder plates and earrings custom to his tribe. Black is slightly tall and burly, has short, messy hair, and has horns protruding from his head. As for Pink, she will be portrayed as an android with the appearance of a human (kinda like Data from Star Trek, but without pale face paint)

The Star Saviors are the last of the Rebellion against Patrocidious (Don Armage) and the Ecliptron Empire. Prince Vaughn, Arroyo, Bennu, and Anubis, land on the moon and Retreat to Earth in hopes of finding the remaining Space Rangers. They look in the old Astro megazord base, but all they can find see-through Globes (Kyutama) and a map of star charts. The whole room is shaken by an attack, the Ecliptrons are here. The rebels go to see the fight, but don't jump in because they are all afraid. All except for Vaughn. But then they see a pair of twins, Olivia and James, fighting the Ecliptrons (Indavers). They get overwhelmed and are almost killed, but then Vaughn steps in to help. The globes start glowing and Vaughn twists his red globe and a Star morpher (Seiza blaster) appears in his arm. The others do the same and they morpher and defeat the first way of Ecliptrons and become the Power Rangers Star Saviors. They let Thorn and RoboBull join the team after seeing them save some people from a monster. The gold and silver come in later and steal their morphers, but join the team once they realize that they have a chance of taking down Patrocidious. Later the Ecliptron army would try to steal the Rangers Powers by offering them the rebel leader, Aristos. Before the Rangers can give up their powers, Aristos breaks free and gets the purple morpher. Mid season, the Crimson Ranger comes in and fights the Rangers. It's revealed the Ecliptrons saved the Crimson Ranger from the Lost Galaxy and promised to help his people if he killed the Rangers. Lai finds out that the Rangers are good people and decides to fight with them. In the final few episodes I would reveal that the main villain is the son of the Red space ranger Andros. Andros wasn't a good father, so his son of ran away and he summoned the evil essence of Dark Specter to help him destroy everything that his father protected. Dark Specter possesses the boy and starts the Ecliptron Empire. In the last episode, the star saviors destroy Dark Specter once and for all and they put Andros’s son in a special prison designed for enemies of the Morphin Grid who can be rehabilitated or are too dangerous for regular prison. And in the end, King Aristos becomes ruler of the universe and ushers in an era of peace.

I would honestly prefer to see a more honest adaptation than we have seen in the past. Something like it has been attempted before in past PR series but with some details left out that bring up more questions than answers (Mystic Force and Samurai being the PR series that almost adapted plot points straight from the Sentai counterparts but failed by leaving out some things)
Dino Charge and Ninja Steel both established alternate dimensions for the PR franchise (I will assume the same for Beast Morphers but I haven't seen it yet) and Kyuranger already establishes that it is in a different dimension than the other Sentai (Seen with the Dekaranger crossover). This dimension could be one that was devoid of the early Power Rangers we already know about and the Universe is already almost under complete control of the evil organization. A resistance force, chosen by the stars, rises up in opposition to the organization controlling the cosmos. Character traits could be similar as well as their introductions (perhaps making Naga an android to give more reason for the lack of, or unfamiliarity to, emotions). I only ask for a more honest adaptation of the Sentai plot because so far its the best idea for a PR adaptation that I can come up with, this would also give Hasbro their chance to try their hand at faithful adaptation as Saban did with TimeForce (and Samurai as Neo-Saban) and Disney did with Mystic Force.

Think they could go the opposite direction too. Instead of having this series take place in some alternate world depraved of rangers, it could take place in the same world as MMPR and expand the lore of the morphin grid’s origins and the alien civilizations. They could also maybe make some correlation between the creation of this new team and planets that have had power rangers in them (like the ones from Aquitar or the other legendary alien teams from Super Megaforce).
The story could still take place in a galaxy that is mostly conquered by an evil intergalactic empire, but I feel that there is more story potential if they build upon established ranger lore instead of making it out of scratch for a separate verse.
I mean, there already was an evil galactic empire that that had taken over a whole galaxy (namely the M51 Galaxy ruled by Master Vile), and well, we never really know what has happened to it. It’s assumed they were purified by the end of PR: In Space, but if we will have another space season (and one that involves multiple galaxies at that), they could very easily include them somehow.
It would also give enough room for cameos and crossovers with the previous power rangers without needing some convoluted explanation to make sense.
I worry about adapting the Kyuranger due to the sheer amount of rangers on the team. I saw Kyuranger, and noticed that only certain rangers were getting an emphasis. My fear is the same thing will happen if it's adapted into Power Rangers. Red and Orange might get character development but the other colors won't. That's something that I think would drive Power Ranger fans, nuts. Fans like emphasis on every ranger, and that's something Kyuranger didn't do. Green, Yellow, Black, Blue and Pink were pushed aside almost to the point where they were forgotten about. Silver got a little bit of attention but when Silver is getting focus, the other rangers aren't. The only thing I'd see is each ranger would get one focus episode and that's it. The rest of the team seems pretty empty. I can understand why Ryusoulger was picked next for adaptation is because there are six rangers to choose from, not nine, soon to be twelve,
In 2022, I want to see an adaptation of Lupinranger VS Patranger. They never adapt the talking zords! Is that too much to ask?
With cosmic fury coming later in the fall, I think that Hasbro will still use the legendary rangers idea, but with original suits for the main team, because that’s actually what they’re doing. For the “cosmic globes“ they’ll probably just be released with the robots, instead of with the Ranger figures. probably because the Ranger figures could potentially get bumped up to lightning collection levels of articulation with double jointed elbows and everything that you would expect from those figures.

Honestly, I think this would b the greatest potential next adaption for the show since it fits so well with what Hasbro is trying to do with the franchise. “Beast Morpheus” is already turning out solid so far and if it continues its quality and success overall with the fandom, I can see then wanting to go all out with a space themed season with a massive universe setting and intergalactic storyline. ToQGer wouldn’t translate well since trains are so much more popular in Japan than here and Zyuogher is both an animal based/anniversary season which I think after “Beast Morphers”, they won’t do. Kyuranger just seems like our best bet by being able acknowledge the show’s history throughout the adaption while being its own world building story. The aesthetic fits so perfectly with Transformers as well with the unique suits, universe voyage and zords that can travel through space effortlessly. They can also do so much more story wise with this concept than even “In Space” or “Lost Galaxy” by not having to push the budget to its limits to make the story work since its already a spaced themed Sentai. Let’s all hope by this next year we get confirmation!!
An idea I've had for adapting Kyuranger (story wise anyway) is that the season could open on Eltar being attacked by a group finding out that the morphing grid originated from there and conquered, there by having all of the previous seasons rangers lose their powers. Once morphing grid is destroyed all of the previous rangers feel a massive loss of energy before their morphers start malfunctioning. Once that starts happening it would cut to Grid Battleforce and Coral Harbor slowly losing power, confused as to what's going on with the morphing grid, right as Wes and Tommy appear before the Beast Morphers team to explain the situation and that they're recruiting rangers from all across time, space, and dimensions to help save Eltar (having their be 3 different rangers from each of the 4 era's power rangers has went through currently, that is if this were to be adapted after Tqr and Zyuohger). Right as their about to leave however, Wes receives a message from the rest of the year 3000 and a brief case containing the Kyutamas and the 12 morphers renamed to Grid Spheres (each of which acts like a minturar morphing grid that can only support one ranger and their zords). The episode would end with Tommy, Wes, and the Beast Morphers team placing out the call for any all available rangers to join them to save Eltar and the universe from this new threat.

I was thinking on how "Kamen 5" could be a good way to introduce a Kamen Rider adaptation. I'd use Build in this case. Have them arrive on the planet and run into Evolt and barely drive him off. (And this could replace Mars in a Build adaptation.)

I Really love the Character design in this season and the themes of zodiac signs presenting space and i really like the opening of it
I think if they adapt Kyuranger and still have to do the Nickelodeon programming which includes 1 Halloween episode and 1 Christmas episode (per season) they could take advantage of the fact that the Rangers are aliens who know about/don't celebrate Christmas/Halloween. And one of the Rangers (probably Red) could be human or just knows more about human holidays. It would be a very interesting way to make holiday episodes if we still needed to make them.
Also: if all the Rangers are from different planets, and those planets move at different rates, then they have different lengths of year and different time references (in the real world, days on Jupiter-Neptune are shorter than an Earth day, and on Mercury and Venus a day is much longer, and on Mars a day is only slightly longer than it is on Earth.) so they could make reference to that whenever they go to a new planet and here it's daytime but at the last planet we were on it was nighttime when we left and it's still nighttime. Like timezones but with planets instead

I just had a crazy idea, regarding To-Qger. The toyline has a bunch of Ressias that are based off of previous Red Ranger's zords; Go-Onger, Shinkinger, Goseiger, Gokaiger, Go-Busters & Kyuruger, respectively. Do you think Hasbro could apply this to the potential Power Ranger season?
I think that there's a big possibility that they could be an aspect of the toy line as it's a nice way to boost sales but also provide interesting gimmicks for others to buy. However we don't know for sure because we only ever see the Kyoryuger Ressha in the Kamen Rider crossover movie, so even if they were in the toy line we would probably never see them in the show

In my mind the trickiest part of this is the huge cast. Handling 12 rangers is ALOT to ask a company that has only just recently acquired the brand. The reason why I think they did Beast Morphers first was because that only consists of five rangers to keep track of. I don't think this one will be the second one they do either, I think they'll want to try their hand at juggling a standard five person team at the start with one or two extra rangers coming in later. This is the smartest thing to do in my opinion, making sure they know what their doing before tackling a big project like Kyuranger is really important.
I love Dino Charge very much but it was obvious Judd Lynn had a bit of trouble juggling every ranger during that series and he's a Power Rangers Veteran. I know people want this done now and trust me I do too it looks really cool, but I also want this done RIGHT I don't think anyone would truly want Hasbro to rush into something like this with Beast Morphers as their only experience working on Power Rangers right now. Plus right now we're still dealing with Nicklodeon too, Kyuranger shouldn't be on the table until Nickelodeon's at least done two more series for Power Ranger but that's how I see things. Maybe they announce it after season 2 of Beast Morhphers and find a way to make it really work. I'd love to be wrong here.

I did an adaption of Kyuranger set on Mirinoi. It was deeply rooted in the past seasons, SPD plays a big role, and the Troobians return as the Troobian Authority. The adaption centers on Styles Moorecraft (Ryu Commander), the only living SPD officer on a war torn Mirinoi. With the help of his ancestor Karone's spirit, he accesses the Star Forge and harnesses the raw energies of the cosmos in the form of Power Spheres, each packed with the energy of an entire galaxy.
The themes of the adaption were how trauma affects us, and how we try to rebuild our sense of normality when nothing normal is left around us. Styles learns to let go of his ex-wife (Modoka), and the other Guardians (Kyurangers) learn that tragedy makes you stronger.
It also makes use of all of the suit footage, and adds in an American villainess that calls into question "Where the hell is Time Force?!"
I like your ideas about staying off of Earth. It's packed with Power Rangers. Power Rangers: Star Forge Guardians is set 200 years after the SPD's fight with Omni, and I still don't want to go to Earth with it. There's 12 worlds in the Power Ranger mythos, all perfect for a 50 episode season.
Tbh, I was thinking Lupinranger vs Patranger would make good anniversary season as well. Since the only notable team up is VS Kyuranger, they could do something like Wild Force where Green and Pink come back for a female ranger team up.
Well I PERSONALLY think Zyuohger Should be the next adapted Power Rangers series after Beast Morphers in 2021/2022 maybe & here's how I see it,
Formal Red Ranger Jason Lee Scott (Austin) now a professor on Zoology living in a peaceful life, until an evil alien attack him & Jason morphs into the Whale Ranger, defeats him & blast him into space. a year later more alien invaders attacks Earth, Jason recruits 5 of his young students to be the next generation of Power Rangers with the power of animal DNA.

This MIGHT be a weird question, but why have we been skipping certain Sentai seasons for the past few years? I mean, from ZyuRanger to Gokaiger, Power Rangers adapted them in order; so how come America went from Kyoryuger to Ninninger and go backwards into Go-Busters? Again, I'm only asking because, apart from the old seasons like Goranger to Jetman, America localized the Sentai seasons until Gokaiger/Super Megaforce... ...I'm just really confused at localization, that's all really...
Not a weird question at all, don't worry. I made a video wondering why we skipped the seasons if you want to check that out (it's a bit outdate though. I think it's largely due to how different the seasons were compared to other seasons of Power Rangers and the fact that toy sales wouldn't really be that big. However this difference was what made Hasbro go back and adapt Go-Busters and it's probably what will lead to the others getting adapted

Technically only one of these seasons was skipped.
That would be ToQger which aired between Kyoryuuger(dinocharge) and Ninninger(Ninja steel)
Since Zyuohger aired after Ninin, and thne Kyu, followed by LVP those 3 have not been skipped yet. SKIP implies you bypassed it like how Dairanger- kinda got skipped, but certainly how GB was skipped over initially in favor of making Dinocharge, and how Toqger was skipped in favor of making Ninjasteel.
Since the other 3 came out after Ninnin they have not yet been skipped. Just figured i'd point out the technicality there. It is inevitable that we will will either have to skip a series or two, or remain a few years behind thanks to the nick contract. After all originally we were riding the coattails of sentai. Series airs in JP- next year it becomes PR. Then RPM came to a close and Disney went back to re-mastering MMPR resulting in an extra year gap. When Saban got their hands on it again we were now 2 years behind instead of 1, but since the only station willing to give them a chance had an insane 20+2 per year clause it set us back even further.
Megaforce/SMF was an attempt to lessen that gap and it could of been handled rather well sadly it fell flat in my opinion. Right now we are looking at being at least 5 if not 6 series behind by time the 3 year extension expires. There is a chance they might choose Ryusoul over the other 4 just because we all know dinosaurs sell really well.
If Hasbro does the planet hopping idea, think they should make at least one reference to Cybertron and some of the other Transformers planets, I think there`s a possibility to it being able to add more planets, hell they don`t even have to mention the actual Transformers characters by name
(I`m only saying this because I want damn Transformers reference at least *somewhere* in the Hasbro era of Power Rangers)
