I am not native in German (I am native in Cantonese Chinese), but from his German I feel that he sounds very educated in the sense that he is strict and clear in the sentence and grammar structure. His German is very formal, as if every German sentence he utters came directly out of an academic book. For example his strict use of subjunctive mood, very often use of the genitive case, and long and complex sentence structures that almost every sentence he speaks includes at least one Nebensatz.

As a German, I can tell you; He is. His pronounciation is very clear and precise. Though, it's so precise, that this is not how you would speak in every day life. I can hear his accent, but it's just in some words like "Kriech - Krieg - War", "Mach - Mag - May" and "die Besiechten - die Besiegten - the defeated" (The way he pronounces it because of his accent- the word in high German - English translation), but he is still trying to make each word sound as clear as possible. His accent is actually similar to how I speak as I was born in the same region. Maybe he was asked to speak like this so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings because of the translator.

You see, I did not claim that he was telling the truth. I think sometimes he has and sometimes he hasn't, just like basically every other politician.
But what he has done (according to your comment) is to explain to the population how propaganda works.
Hitler did that too. In the book "Mein Kampf" it is explained exactly how effective propaganda must be designed. Short slogans and repetition, repetition.... repetition.
And it must be kept so simple that even the most uneducated person can imagine the desired image.
It was like that in the past, in every country. And it is still like that today, in every country.

Whether man-made climate change exists or not is irrelevant. Politically, capital is now being made out of this, which would not (or hardly) have been possible without this propaganda.

They invaded Poland to stop the killings of ethnic Germans inside of Poland
Poland invaded Germany in 1919 in Silesia and was kicked out by the Freikorps in 1921. Poland also invaded Danzig in 1922. Lithuania invaded Memelland in 1923 and gave it back in 1939 after receiving an ultimatum from Hitler. Poland had the same chance by giving back the Danzig corridor. Instead they chose war.

Goebbels' speech was to give an update on the war effort and announce a controversial plan that'll see Germans at home (including women) to participate in the war due to the dire consequences they were facing on the front.
