The road inside the state is high,it is (redimea) that came from Abyei,it goes through Wun Malith,Mayen Abun,Ajonga,and Wunrok junction road to Turalei,the gabion pass through Panliet,Keraduet,and meet junction road to lakes State Aweil at Western Bhar El Ghazel.
The water will not break the gabion,the water got a way to cross road in under bridge or Creek.

I will have to strongly disagree with you regarding involving local engineers. I do not believe our engineers can build a quality road at the moment. Its not because they are not smart, its because they do not have the technological skills to do it. If you listen to President Kiir's statement, said the road started off poor. I can guarantee you it was not the making of Chinese engineers. It was likely the local engineers that you are talking about. The president said he said a contract with Shandong Hi-Speed and it turned out the name of company that government did not signed a contact with were the problem. This pure corruption and lack patriotism on the part of several leaders that were supposed to take project seriously.
I think personally they know the geography of the country. They can sketch the map work and introduce the company engineers to the area
